  1. I''m going for 4-1 :D Johnson, Howson and Snodgrass all to score!
  2. http://www.canaries.talent-sport.co.uk/PagesPublic/ProductBrowse/product.aspx?group1=GENR&group2=TECH&group3=DVD&group4=*EMPTY&product=2430
  3. Wes''s contract isnt up till 2014 and he''s 30 now. Reckon new deal for Pilks.
  4. When I was about 12 I used to be prolific up front for Eaton Eagles up the UEA. Played centre back for my school team despite being about 2 foot back then. Rejected offer from Barcelona, Manchester United and Kings Lynn in order to go Uni.
  5. Pilks should be a lot better considering he scored 8 goals last season!
  6. Pacheco Martin Jackson Own Goal Surman Mooney Evans Chadwick Huckerby
  7. The transfer window is pointless below Premier League level as the loan window does allow teams to get players whenever they want. As we did in League 1 when Lambert took over and we made quite a few loan signings which became later permanent. However, it works in the Premier League as it allows players to concentrate on football matters. Plus Premier League rules state as the poster says above that clubs can only sign players on emergency loan. Which, for example, if all your keepers get injured and in need for one which is what happened with Man City a few years ago. Like I said above, keep the transfer window, just close it before the season starts, avoids situations such as Dembele playing against us twice!
  8. We need a new striker as we can''t rely on Holt and Morison to score 23 Premier League goals between each other this season like they did last. It''s a massive ask of them!
  9. I think the transfer window is a good idea but should shut before the season starts!!
  10. Thought Tettey and Biglia were both defensive midfielders? But Bigila offered a little more going forward? Either way I think it was either Tettey or Biglia and we''ve chosen Tettey.
  11. Nope Hernandez is on around 50-60k a week. When he first came to United he was handed a 4 year deal worth about 20k a week to prove himself but United offered him a new deal at the end of his first season. It''s irrelevant anyway as he''s not coming here!!!
  12. Howson - 30 yard screamer in the 90th minute against Fulham to give us all 3 points.
  13. Norwich - 13th - Think we have really improved the quality of the team with our signings and will add a couple of more quality players before the end of the transfer window. Title - Man United - Will be too true for City if they sign RVP, Kagawa a great signing for them and only lost the title on goal difference last season after throwing the title away . Relegated - Swansea - Teams started to figure them out towards the end of last season, and don''t think they''ll carry the momentum into the new season from last. Reading - Don''t think they have the quality to stay up. Wigan - Will struggle big time if Moses leaves
  14. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11709/7979642/Sunderland-target-Dann Sky Sports sources understand Sunderland are lining up a move for Blackburn defender Scott Dann. Black Cats boss Martin O''Neill is keen to improve his defensive options with key man Wes Brown facing an injury lay-off and has identified Dann as the man to fill the gap. The 25-year-old centre-back has suffered back-to-back relegations with Birmingham and Blackburn but has maintained an impressive reputation and is keen to stay in the top flight. Sunderland are willing to put together a bid of £5million for the Liverpool-born player but will face competition for his signature. Norwich, Southampton and Newcastle are all believed to be prepared to offer the former England under-21 international another opportunity in the Premier League. Dann has three years remaining on his contract at Ewood Park and Rovers will be looking to recoup the reported £6m fee they paid Birmingham back in August 2011. Not sure if i''d want him here tbh, obviously amazing with Roger Johnson at Birmingham but would have high wage demands and has been relegated with his teams the last two seasons. Plus would mean that Ryan Bennett wouldn''t get game time.
  15. Ginger - It''s on thing Spurs wanting to keep Naughton but would he want to stay there just to be back up and most likely sitting on the bench and getting the odd cup appearance? Comes across to me that he wants to play often!
  16. grandad supports Norwich, mum kind of takes an interest, and I converted my dad into a Norwich fan.
  17. Think the title will still be between the Manchester clubs, although Chelsea have bought a few decent players that doesn''t mean they will be challenging for the title. Also worth noting that their league form under Di Mateo is pretty poor. United will be stronger this season too with the addition of Kagawa and potentially further singings to follow. Vidic will also be back, key player for them. Can''t see Newcastle doing as well and can see Everton and Liverpool finishing above them. See us finishing around 15th which i''ll take!
  18. 3-4-1-2 Ruddy Naughton --- Ayala ---- Barnett Bennett Howson Surman Pilkington Hoolahan Holt Vaughan Works well ;)
  19. Norfolk Mustard - Because I think it was in the same season as this goal. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EmkHfPvRpYk
  20. Was mental, a combination of hail and rain caused my neighbours car alarm to go off.
  21. Who''s received their season tickets yet?
  22. Why do people think that wingers are midfielders? Stupid comparing the likes of Pilkington, Bennett, Snodgrass etc to Johnson, Fox, Howson.
  23. Would love to see him here, brilliant player. But like you said, wages would be the issue here.
  24. We do need another quality goal scorer to go with Holt and Morison (lets hope Vaughan stays fit). Martin did alright at Championship level but won''t score the goals at Premier League level.
