  1. A bit o/t but can anyone help. my galaxy s2 won''t load the ncfc site, comes up with loads of error message. as a fairlyelderly techophobe can anyone tell me what i''ve done wrong
  2. Are we back to the post from a couple of weeks ago... Mark Robins? and the under 21 team
  3. A great night, thanks for organising it Ed. Marceo Rigters ...grrr!
  4. Wasn''t Roger Johnson at Wycombe with Lambert. Don''t say I''d want him but at least Lambo, Cully & Karsa would know all about him
  5. Why should it be so black & white that if you stand you make noise, if you sit you don''t. That is c**p. The atmosphere at Spurs was great but looking round loads of fans were sitting and singing. As I said above it doesn''t matter even if you get a seat near the front some selfish a****e will stand up if they want to stand & accuse anyone daring to criticise of not being proper fans. Its not just kids who have problems seeing, some vertically challenged or elderly can''t stand but to here some fans on here & at matches the only people who should be there are males between the age of 15 to 40...oh and for god sake don''t wear yellow & green
  6. I keep reading that those who wish to sit should get seats at the front away from home, yeah that really works. I usually have back tickets & although I would prefer to sit as I''m only 5 foot, I put up with it. However on two or three occasions when there is an upper tier I have requested tickets nearer the front. Third row at Chelsea, second row at QPR and Everton..result I have had people standing in the front row & abusing me if I ask them to sit. Last season at Doncaster as there was space , those who wanted to sit moved to the side block only for 4 blokes to arrive just on kick off & insist on standing and deride those who wanted to sit as just out to spoil their night & not proper fans
  7. Please read the rules CJ. You cannot get emergency loans in the Pemier League. Only in very exceptional circumstances can you get a goalkeeper but thats all, so face it the back 4 we have at the moment is the back 4 we''ve got to o with till January
  8. I thought Johnson''s injury was pivotal in how the match panned out. The defensive cover he gives and his drive have been one of the features of the season so far.
  9. have to defend mick here as he was def here as a paying supporter this afternoon, so is as entitled to his say as much as mhe rest of us.
  10. loved the chant of ''is there at fire drill'' at their fans as they streamed out
  11. hate to say it but view can be ok but would mean people sitting down. Thats how i think clubs get away with selling these tickets.
  12. My feeling was that he was smug & complacent and thought any appeals for pens were down to a feeling of injustice over the earlier award. He also doesn''t say why he ignored Olson twice holding back players in he box or failed to even give a freekick when de Laet was felled. He also made a big show that he was adding time on for WBA time wasting. So what went up on the board 4 minutes!! That after 6 subs 3 injuries & sundry time wasting. Ok in the end he played more but that was down to incidents in stoppage time. I agree we can''t blame refs decisions for our failure to win but the fact is the score was 1 - 0 in injury time & we should have had the chance of an equaliser from the spot
  13. I asked about this in the ticket office last Saturday & was told that a full refund will be sent be cheque to all those on coach 14. Just a case of waiting as usual
  14. If you have a player contracted to you and a space in the 25 then surely it is extremely short sighted & a bit vindictive if you don''t name him. I would def rather see Oli on the bench in an injury crisis than say Dawkin or Dromola
  15. 30 minute stop at either Ferrybridge or Hartshead services on the way up & same at F''bridge or Blyth on the way back
  16. a very young city side won 5 - 1. Murphy 2 peacock toffolo scored sorry can.t remember whe else
  17. can someone explain where the idea has come from that we will be the cheapest in the prem. We will quite clearly not be. Check some of the other clubs before you make that statement and don''t forget the average wage in norfolk is way lower than london. Not every club in the prem charges qpr prices.
  18. played for Spurs yesterday in South africa, nothing much likely to happen till they come back
  19. So by my reckoning that leaves Wilbraham & Whitbread unaccounted for
  20. The point is it would not have happened 25 years ago, cause those who wanted to stand stood and those who wanted/had no alternative to sit sat. Its why safe standing areas would be great. As a short oldish person I struggled thru the second half of last season away as no one sat. I appreciate most want to stand but some of us do want / need to sit (and by the way we do sing even when sitting) We are not inferior supporters because we want to sit as some on here suggest
  21. has it been said anywhere as to where the games will be played. Hopefully some will be played at fcr
  22. What I reckon is more bizarre is Gorleston charging £15 for their game against City. Thats more ythan either Palars or Coventry which I think are £10 if you buy in advance
  23. 5400 per football grounds site, so those who want to go should be able to. Good game to start from that point of view
