Ayala was top quality yesterday! Was quick on the ball with his passing and moving. He liked to get forward and was very good defensively in the air. I was very impressed with his performance and he was my motm. To come back and put in a first performance like that was very impressive!! Look forward to seeing more from this guy, excellent signing. I know it''s early days but our defence looked comfortable with him in the middle y''day.

Surman was my MOTM last night. I felt he put in the best performance, and ran his socks off. He didn''t give up and his header was brilliant. He also got stuck in and wasn''t afraid to a foot in when needed. I would love to see him start alongside Johnson in midfield against Spurs. Definitely deserves it!!

Spurs tickets this morning sold old quicker than the Arsenal ones did. For the first time in 3 years as a SM I haven''t been able to get a ticket. Was going to be my niece''s Christmas present.
