1. The Q&A was all rather tame, not breaking news to report really. Mcnally said the Greek guy rumours aren''t true. Chester (the scout) said we have 5 scouts. one in scotland, one in the north, the Midlands and the south. Robert Fleck will be scouting the non leagues. Forster didn''t come back because lambert prefers to own the players and to loan him for another season was going to cost about 4x what it did last year. OTBC
2. David James was awful until he was about 36. At Liverpool he made howler after howler, it''s only in recent years he has become much better and I''ve even heard him say similar things himself. I really respect him though, for a modern day footballer he seems a really genuine bloke so i wish him all the best. From brizzles point of view he isn''t just a good goalkeeper but he is a leader and great figure to have in the dressing room. He has been there and done it, and like others have said i expect he will be doing his coaching badges while there. I probably wouldn''t be too chuffed if norwich had signed hum on huge wages though. OTBC
3. Just been past the club shop at the ground and it''s completely empty. Does anyone know if it''s being moved? or are they just re decorating it or something? OTBC
4. I really don''t think the atmosphere at CR is that great. If you sit in any part of the ground other than the barcly or snakepit it''s really not that loud overall. It just sounds loud when you''re in those areas. Away fans visiting CR certainly don''t think the home fans are very loud. OTBC
5. I''m surprised Francomb isn''t in Germany, I thought he stepped up to the plate and played quite well when he was called on last season.
6. Crazy prices, I couldn''t believe it when I saw how much they were. They are friendlies against not particularly interesting teams. OTBC
7.

Welcome back. Failed his medical.
Thanks Salahuddin, I did read that in older posts, but wasn''t sure if it was speculation, i have to admit that i''m pleased about this, a blesing in disguise? [H]
I don''t think it''s ever been officially confirmed, but as he was known to be here and then the deal didn''t happen it seemed a logical conclusion. Glad you liked SA. I get really annoyed by the stereotypical image that''s presented in our media, ie that it''s riddled with crime and unrest. I''ve travelled widely over there, often with kids in tow, and have never experienced anything other than kindness, politeness and helpfulness. How much of it did you see, and what were your highlights?
Whilst I partly agree with you, there are areas of real danger in SA especially after dark. It is a wonderful country but you must be extremely careful. I have family who have lived in Jo''burg all their lives and hate how restricted they sometime feel in their own country
8. Solid enough defender, certainly good enough at Championship level.
9. I''m quite looking forward to it, evening games are always a bit different. OTBC
10. Norwich to go up wins by a million miles for me
11. Runners up is a bit of theme for leeds isn''t it; runners up against Milan and runners up to Norwich. OTBC
12. Just wanted to add a NO to the list. OTBC
13. Yeah i did, and one of the others that was taken put turned around and told one of the city fans to F off. Surely if they were thrown out (and quite physically at that) they wouldn''t then let them in the away end? OTBC
14. I was in the terrace and also saw the people being thrown out giving the v sign and shouting abuse towards the Norwich fans. Did not get the impression they were our lot. OTBC
15. Think people are underestimating the gap between league one and the championship. Think we need some real strengthening to avoid a relegation battle again next season.
16. I''ll be getting down there around lunch time looking for some sunshine, beer, fellow yellows and a party atmosphere on the terrace. OTBC
17. No chance. I think he might struggle to get in our team in the championship next season so hes not going to get in a premiership team. OTBC
18. I don''t get it??? Why have so few people applied, even with the long journey and cost etc. From a purely selfish point of view I''m kind of hoping that we lose at the weekend and win the title at Bristol :) I really can''t see it happening though. Still Bristol will be my last game of the season, so looking forward to it. OTBC
19.

Expense is probably the answer to that. I''m guessing they already have the facilities to show it in the lounges.
Very true, but doyou think we would have trouble recouping that money if the ground was open, I think not
At £10 a ticket yes, that is crazy money to watch it on tv.
20. Think officially it''s only about 1200 I believe but judging by their average attendance they could allocate us more than this, I guess it depends on if they still have anything to play for and how easy segregation is if they give us more tickets. OTBC
21. Hallow Neil, its john in cromer here. I wasn''t at the game but norwich were rubbish. I want a refund!
22. I think 9/10 times any keeper is going to do the exact same thing. Forsters closed him down and moved his hands out of the way but the striker has gone down early and caught forster shoulder. It''s a pen and a red card. Doc should not be making a pass like that on such a poor pitch. this incident is irrelevant though because even at 2-0 and with 10men i fancied us to win it. OTBC
23. Was a very silly tackle, he was nowhere near getting the ball. OTBC
24. The version we get here in Yorkshire isn''t much better some really dull bloke (don''y know his name) and dean windass who doesn''t know whats happening most of the time.
