1.
With the exception of Askou, Hughes before he went off and possibly Forster, Daley was our best player tonight. It was his pace and deft flick that created the space for the ball which found it''s way out to Martin for his goal. Honestly some people really do not have clue!
I think what you meant to say Smudg is it was his running arond like a headless chicken which MAY have led to some sort of contribution to the goal
 2.
The ref made the right decision in going with what his lino said, whether or not the lino got it correct is a different matter. If you''re not going to trust your lino from that position then there is no point in having linesmen. Either way, we continued with the long ball tactics and once Hughes went off we lost all creativity.
I have on many occasions shouted at the tele saying why dont the ref use his linesman for that decision as that is what they are there for so cant complain that he used him last night - after all this is not the first time I have seen the linesman with the flag across his chest giving a penalty  especially if the ref is unsighted and it was such a close call on martin getting the ball i did not even convince myself he touched it until seen it 3 times on sky so cant blame the linesman for missing it - martin should never have challenged anyway the player was heading towards the touch line
 3.
He made the right decisions tonight, we got unlucky with the pen, and that we didnt have one of our own and with all the injuries. I think we could have and should have won this game easily. It wasnt Lamberts fault. But we should have won this, should have been 3-0 up at HT. Charlton beckons and signs are not good! [:(]
Exactly - should have been 3-0 up at half time but we werent so we lost the game because those that were playing thought it would be a good idea to protect a 1-0 lead against a very average MK Dons team who we made look good
 4.

If Hughes is out then there is no excuse for Hoolahan not featuring.
Hoolahan is awful... get a grip he would not of changed tonights result in any way and neither would the ginger twot that some clueless individuals want back. Remember 7-1 at home with that pair in the team??? [:^)] Everything has been tried and the players that we have are simply not good enough yet again... well what a surprise hey??? Delia & Co expect a manager to make silk purse out of a sows ear.
Correct Smudger - lost a great chance to win last night - dont buy all this three players went of scenario - did not three professionals come on and Lappin went to left back a position he is accustomed to - teenagers too light weight in this division but thought MK Dons very average without Jermaine Easter and we made hem look good by sitting off for at least 30 mins letting them come at us
 5.
We did lose to MK Dons. One of the best teams in the league and they got extremely lucky. Remember 7 points out of 12 is relegation form.
One of the best teams in the league !! they were without their only scorer and we outplayed them the first 15 mins when we then decided to sit back and let them come at us.  Yes it is 7 points from 12 but yesterday it was 7 from 9 and on saturday could be 7 from 15 so we are obviously in top 6 form.
 6.
Could you please tell me what you''d have done differently seeing as the man was forced to use all 3 subs due to injury?? Genuine question here.
Considering they were all professionals that came on and Lappin has actually played left back on many occasions he should have told them to at least get over the half way line for the half hour prior to and after half time when it was obvious that they were going to score - great chance missed last night for an away win because they decided to sit on the 1-0 lead.
 7.
From the performances i''ve seen of him, he''s nothing special. Your views on Daley.
I have been asking myself that since I saw him play his first game a few weeks ago - does not contribute anything towards the game and considering he has this so called pace does not create any havoc in the area with crosses etc.
 8.
that the ref was f****ing awful.Where do they find these bafoons?
As I said in an earlier post what was Martin doing tackling a player in the area who was heading towards the touch line - we put ourselves in that positon by making the linesman make a decision which he should never have been made to do - the touch by Martin was so slight that you cannot blame the linesman for not seeing it - I only really convinced myself he touched it after seeing about three replays on sky.
 9.
Sorry to say this, but we were totally outplayed in the central midfield yesterday. Smith is ok, Adeyemi is ok. But together - not good enough. Daley... not ready for this level yet.
Have to agree on this one - I have now seen Daley play two full games and to be honest might as well had me out there - he has done nothing to assure me that he is the type of player we need to get us up there - thought the other 17-20 year olds were out of their depth and as I said to my mate whilst watching the game we had absolutely nothing in the middle when our players went off and were totally outplayed which did not help matters when we decided to sit back for half an hour of the game until they scored which was blatantly obvious they were going to do.  I know we had three players go off but to be honest their highest scorer Jermine Easter was out of the picture and we must go on to win these games and not rely on referee/linesman  decisions although what Martin was doing tackling the player who was running towards th touch line I will never know.
 10. Thy only went our way providing we capitalise on it tonight - a defeat will mean those results on saturday dont really matter
 11. He seems to be doing ok - states that he first noticed the lump some 4 years ago but only recently got it checked out hence the nearly losing of his life
 12. Well that was worth watching - another thumpin by the germans
 13. Oh yeah thats right Wiz and get a manager in with experience - remember Roeder (the one who got rid of Hux) - experience there I think and that done us a world of good did''nt it
 14.

FFS... SOURCE?????
It''s true, I heard this from a friend who was at the Capital Canaries AGM last night, came straight from the horses mouth so to speak. Very worrying, hope he''s on the team sheet tonight or it could be curtains.
This story has been banging about since saturday so I was not doubting it''s validity. It''s just that so many of these threads appear with no link to the original story, no credit or whatever. It can''t be that hard to post a link to a website or write "I read in the Daily Mirror today..".
It is true I was there with my four year old nephew and not even protesting just one of those walking past - I think it was completely out of order and could have led to more serious trouble - If Wes could not understand how fans were feeling then maybe he should go - he was in no danger and in the security of his car so should not have inflamed the situation
 15.
Thats right, lets drive another nail in Gunns managerial coffin, the sooner Odd Job and his damn nightmare team have gone the better, always remember though the prized idiots who appointed them................. They need to be hounded out too!
Yet another idiotic post from the Wiz - it does not matter how you feel towards gunn etc but I could never cheer for another team to win against the team that I support - I know we are all different and have our different theories but win tonight and start to regain the confidence lost on Saturday is my priority.
 16. Bloody hell dont tell me were are on course for winning 5 away games on the trot
 17.
Read it again, nowhere in that report does he say he wants to stay![:|]
and if he had said the word WANT wiz you would have said he has not said the words REALLY WANT - why do some people disect every bit of news we read - why cant they just read the item and be happy with it
 18. Think it would be a good appointment - felt he would have done well here if given the time and not pushed out
 19.
exeter fans are right in saying a lot of norwich fans are arrogant... they can add to the list ''know nothing about football'' ''ignorant'' and ''thick'' ! some of the posters on here really are hard to take seriously. gill is a decent signing and we should be pleased to have him. i am and i look forward to see him playing well for us next season.
Thething is chirp I do''t take them seriously - they are the ones who would do nothing but gloat if we did not do well next year and also the same ones who would say ''I knew we could do it'' if we did do well - to slag off any new player is a disgrace when we are trying to get these players to do well for the club and the sooner most of these so called get their own heads out of their asses and realise we are now in Leagu 1 then the better
 20. Think I agree with LQ here - must admit it is not something I would have thought of doing in my wildest dreams - I just turn up to watch the games and hope we do well.
 21. wots the betting we dont end up with any of these players we have been linked to
 22. well I think you have got your answer with Mr Foulgers gesture and comments on the front page.
 23.

I was not happy about his appointment either, but you are right we need to now get behind the team , after all we are all Norwich City supporters. I get the impression that ceratin people on here cannot wait for him to fail so they can have another whinge. I cannot stand the idiots who say things like "Dont buy any merchandise from the club shop" or "Dont get behind the team, its just what the board want" what do they expect us to do ? Will they be happy if nobody goes to matches or buys anything from the club shop and the club suffers ? They make snide remarks from the sidelines , probably never go near Carrow Road, they are imbeciles. Hear Hear - well said The Chirp - probably why most people who support the team  dont bother to write on here cos they just get slapped down by the people who want the the club to fail.
I can''t stand prize knobs like yourself whose logic in backing the team/club despite what you think has seen our club fall to it''s lowest ebb in 50 years.
i can''t understand people like you who spout out loads of abuse all the time at anyone who has a different view to something than you... calling someone a prized knob? Very mature. This messageboard has gone down hill more than the club recently. People attacking people etc... not on... Gunn has got the job, get over it! The board won''t go until someone buys them out... get that into your brain! I know you''ll carry on, all of you... picking up on every little thing you can and turning it round... I would love Gunn to succeed... sadly bar going up as champions i think you lot would be on his back even if we went up in second place.
24. O god not another Gunn posting - this is getting soooo boring
