We need a striker to give us half a chance , Pukki and Idah just don’t cut it in my opinion, neither looked like having an attempt Friday let alone scoring . Oh for some of that Premiership money to spend .

Most of what we spent in the summer was from the Buendia sale , once again Norwich get to the promised land and once again they are the only club that doesn’t benefit from it . The owners are like a lead weight around the neck of a drowning man .

Hasn’t he just bought 64% of Huddersfield, as for having him here I struggle to come up with anybody worse than the present owners who bring absolutely nothing to the table .

£50 million is nowhere near enough , that gets you two of the top players from the Championship. We have to buy untested foreigners because they are cheap and as everybody can see you get what you pay for . This squad would struggle to finish mid table next season and once the parachute payments finish there’s no telling how far we will fall . Fully expect those down the road with their American backers to pass us by within 4 years .

Burnley have 3 games in hand , Watford 2 and Newcastle 1 . We will finish bottom by a distance .

Don’t think we have one player in the squad that has the quality to play at this level .

I think the problem is neither being convinced they want the job , surely you want to hire somebody that is at least enthusiastic about managing the club . Get the feeling with Lampard a few heavy defeats and he would be off before his name gets to tarnished .
