Song for Becchio

Recommended Posts
The weather outside is frightful,

But his goals are so delightful,

So everyone get to know,

Becchio Becchio Becchio
This is right handy; old Bor would like to suggest a couple of tweaks to  line 1 and line 3: after all, that in''t going to snow all spring and I reckon when we get to know him we''ll right love him.

"Oh the club that he left is frightful,

But his goals are so delightful,

Soaring up the league we go,

Becchio Becchio Becchio"

That''s only a minor suggestion but you know, that''s up to you lot and old Bor in''t precious.

We own all the oil

We own, we own,

We own, we own

"La Donne e Mobile" from Verdi''s Rigoletto?! West Ham used to sing it to Paulo Di Canio. Simple and I like it :)

May already have ben posted, apologies if so but i didnt have time to read all posts, But leeds had a song to the same tune as the ''it could have been you, it could have been you sammy clingan it could ve been you'',

Something like...

Luciano, luciano-o

cost less then torres

and scores more goals to.

Slightly off topic but still on songs, on my way home from work for some reason the tune of la macarena popped in my head, but with the words ''heyyyyyyyy Kei Kamara''.

Also

kamara kamara

we love you kamara

you came from the U.S.A

To the tune of tomorrow tomorrow, from Annie

He is Argentinian, not Spanish or Italian. Having said that it''s hard to get a jaunty terrace chant to ''Hernando''s Hideaway'' and even harder to add lyrics to a mournful, passionate and emotional gaucho driven tango.

There are plenty of players due for a song before the new arrivals but I''ve got the feeling Kamara might be fun ''yippie Kei yay!''

A take on the old safri song

And here we go and here we go and here we go

Becchio is better than Ronaldinho

Here we go oh

We''ve pissed off Leeds fans all over the world

What ever song is made up for Becchio, let it be more thoughtful then the Michael Turner song he must feel well proud when he hears that, as proved the other day while warming up in front of the snakepit
Completely agree. That song is cringe worthy. I''ve never joined in. It was fitting for matty Patterson but turner is a quality seasoned prem player. Ok he has had a couple of shocking games but he has been a rock in others. Some people forget that.

You know becchio and snodgrass and johnson and howson, speak to those whites they might need some councilin.

But do you recall, the one argentinan out of them all......

Becchio the argentinian, Likes to score a lot of goals, and if you ever saw him, you would have to say it he glows.

All of the other players, used to Laugh and call him names, That was until becchiooo, kept scoring in so many games!!

Then one frosty winter day then fans were singing out with glee..

Match of the day on saturday night, watch him score some goals tonight!!

.........

In the tune of rudulph the rednose reindeer lmao?...

You know Dasher and Dancer

And Prancer and Vixen,

Comet and Cupid

And Donner and Blitzen.

But do you recall

The most famous reindeer of all?

Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer

Had a very shiny nose

And if you ever saw it

You would even say it glows

All of the other reindeer

Used to laugh and call him names

They never let poor Rudolph

Play in any reindeer games

Then one foggy Christmas Eve

Santa came to say,

"Rudolph with your nose so bright

Won''t you guide my sleigh tonight.

Songs need to be simple, repetitive and chorus with some long notes like:

Seb Bassong my Lord, Seb Bassong

Seb Bassong my Lord, Seb Bassong

Seb Bassong my Lord, Seb Bassong

Oh Lord, Seb Bassong.

Or to the old '' Magic'' song:

Oh oh oh Garrido, you know

Never believe it that''s so

Garrido, you know

Never believe it that''s so

Garrido, you know

Ad infinitum

Or

He''s a yellow rock - BJ

And he''s making us feel alright

Never gonna stop -BJ

Cos he''s winning the ball all night

Repeat (and yellow could be changed to anything else -like the f word).

No one in the EPL crosses the ball more than Snoddy, so why not, with arm movements|

He''ll cross from the left

he''ll cross from the right

That Robert Snodgrass

He''s crossing all night.

That''s the one. There''s some good ones on here, but the simplest work the best.

You can actually carry on with ''Luciano Becchio'' to the end of the chorus, but I doubt many have got the voice for it (I certainly haven''t!).

Just in case you''ve never heard it:
