A helipad is vital now we are Premier League, will also need to adapt the river Wensum so Roman can get his luxury yacht up it. A nice Monaco-esque marina would be ideal. Someone clearly has put quite a lot of time, thought, creative juices and skill into coming up with these ideas - ok, so they would need to be worked up in far more detail for the planning supremos at City Hall, but as a first stab, I''d say its not a bad effort.After all, who''s come up with any better?The summer holidays beckon....
