Probably less than 20 years, according to some countries. Norway reckons it could be far less - I wouldn't rule out an attack via Kirkenes (Norway and Russia do share a land border, after all) or even Svalbard and the high Arctic, after all, the Russians keep bases up on Novaya Zemlya and Franz Josef Land if I am not mistaken so should have plenty who are adept in Arctic conditions.

Either that or via Kaliningrad as that's their gateway to the Baltic.

More worrying is that there are some serious ringing alarm bells that N.Korea is preparing to strike S.Korea. A re-ignition of a proper (nuclear) war.
