Add a third, they all have to up their game. 😉 Of the FTSE 100 companies only 7 have female CEO’s, with Zoe Webber essentially running non football related sides of the business, we are already one of the more progressive organisations out there. While some may believe the amount of women being small is because of sexism, it’s usually more down to the socioeconomic balance of jobs men head toward and jobs women head towards.
