Loan out the lazy players

Recommended Posts

There is a difference between not trying and not being good enough, I'm not sure many (if any) are in the first camp but maybe half a dozen simply aren't up to the standard required.

I've put an advert in Exchange & Mart, 'Lazy footballers available for loan'.

So far the response has been underwhelming.

The lazy players have their own annual dinner. Last year apparently , no one bothered to organise it and so no one went .

Bearing in mind none of the lazy players would have gone anyway it was just as well.

Playing out from the back has been a problem since he started playing it, teams know to high press because they know we will give it away so easily, is giving 90% effort called being lazy?

This is a good idea. I also think we should win more games and buy better players.

This is genius. You're currently 3/1 on Betfair to be the next NCFC manager! 😜

I don't think we have any lazy players. If anything, I think the opposite is true. We have too many players running around like headless chickens.

How I'd love to see a Pukki, a Vrançic, a Skipp.

Also ones who don't panic

Yes! Other tactical moves I'd make:

Score loads

Concede few

Foul more and get better at doing it. Recognise danger early.

When Leicester were here a couple of weeks ago they they committed countless fouls in the midfield stopping many counters.

None of this will help if we're careless with the ball defending the final third.

How about the lazy administators?

The kind that sends out post match surveys to people who weren't even in attendance as opposed to making themselves available to talk to the fans on matchdays as they did at the turn of the century.

You're ill mate, seek professional help, quickly, before someone is given power of attourney over your decision making.

Unfortunately even the men in white coats have disappeared.

Wrong, your lack of awareness leads to you beleiving (incorrectly, of course) this.  You wont notice it happening due to your blinkers, but they ARE coming for you.

Perhaps the Mental Health budgets are a little healthier in the Republic than in the UK?

Then again perhaps not.

They  certainly don't entertain the likes of you over here chap, you embody what people dislike about the English. You  are not the plain speaking man you claim to be , your kind of snidey insinuation would get short shrift in these parts. You'd  be known as a fella that has ' notions about himself....and roundly mocked for your pomposity.

It was a shambles . No cones . No balls. Grass was too long. Complete disaster .

Was the pitch wet? That's my favorite excuse

Goes back to what For The Future was saying - need to loan 'em out.
