Soton is closer to Brighton than Swansea. Will that do?

A few people knew That, but good try.

Is it definitely happening? I've only seen links.

Is it definitely possibly happening, or possibly defiinitely happening? I'm confused.

i can see Robins going to Leicester if Coventry do not go up

i doubt he would have to move house and would be a good move

Leicester and Leeds will be looking for new managers. McKenna could end up there.

Martin is also linked to the Cardiff job.

It's the silly season really.

He walked out of Coventry in his first spell only 5 months into a 3 year deal.

Sky Bet showing odds of 1/4. Do they know something nobody else does?

Yes, they know he is joining S'oton, so they are still taken bets on a certainty 🤪

I thought that it was a job in progress at Swansea and now that the Saints are down it might  not be much of a step-up. I suppose the dosh is considerably enhanced though, as was the case when he left MKD for the Swans.

He might risk being seen as a career opportunist if he makes this move, it seems. He wouldn't be the only one in the game though, so no blame there.

I'd rather have Robins in any case.

(I suppose Dodgy Dave deserves a few more cracks of the whip though.)

I think Southampton is a pig of a job, it’s a career killer in the making and if I was Russell it’s one I’d avoid.

Leicester are more balanced and have the funds to bounce back if relegated, if not I hope he gets a chance there deserves it.

Robins with Coventry’s new owner is potentially building on forward momentum and I would not leave even for Leicester, promotion or not!
