Branston Pickle 4,150 Posted December 26, 2018 (edited) I think once the team sheets are in any change has to be agreed - is standard for such changes to be ok’d (I wonder if they ever aren’t?), otherwise I guess you just start with either 10 or a player that gets immediately subbed.
