ROBFLECK 134 Posted December 7, 2018 Richly deserved I would say...even "ultrabinner" George Burley couldn't deny him that...
Sussexyellow 55 Posted December 7, 2018 I would not have been unhappy if he had missed out on all the manager of the month awards and just got manager of the season.

keelansgrandad 6,680 Posted December 7, 2018 Well deserved even if he is technically a Coach. I bet is wife is saying "bleddy dust collector".
Ramrod 258 Posted December 7, 2018 Even though English isn't his first language I don't think I have ever heard such an eloquent football manager. His honesty and lack of ego inspire loyalty and keep everyone included. He is an inspiration.
Grando 336 Posted December 7, 2018 I do wish he'd occasionally take a breath when he speaks though. It's slightly exhausting to listen to!

He is unusually eloquent, direct, honest and yet he never lacks tact in talking about others. I've not seen his like in a modern day football manager. What he is achieving feels so grounded and solid. I hope personally he is here for years to come. Yet we all know, everything is temporary.
