Completely off topic and the theme stolen straight from another thread, but what are your favourite ever bands/artists. I''ll name my (probable) top 10, but I could easily have listed 30 or 40:-

The Smiths

Led Zeppelin

Oasis

Fleetwood Mac

Joy Division

Nirvana

The Cure

The Beatles

The National

David Bowie

Peter Jay And The Jaywalkers - my late Dad''s band formed in Norwich.

The Cure - my mates band, and I was handsomely paid for a bit of work back in 2005 by Robert.

John Mayer - that boy can really play.

Jeff Buckley - that boy could really play.

Led Zeppelin - John Bonham, that''s all.

Beth Orton - a fine singer songwriter from Norfolk.

Bruce Springsteen, and that''s all I can think of.
Sultans of Ping where great fun for a while back then.

I often play Casual Sex in the Cineplex, much to the missus'' displeasure!
Still one of my "go to" albums.Saw them play, back in the day, at the Waterfront.Absolute mosh pit carnage.

Same with Carter. Only saw them once at the UEA, it was mental.

I see Jim Bob and the Wedding Present are doing and Indie all dryer at the Waterfront along with some other artists of that era.

Could be good for a laugh.
