Brighton vs Norwich match thread

Recommended Posts

As I can''t see one created yet, I thought I would post up this weeks match thread!

Anyone think that Nathan Redmond, after limited game time with us recently, but a great week with England, could feature a lot more over these last few games? A winning side is a great side, but could he offer another dimension for the others to worry about, now we are getting to the business end of the season?

A predictable line up, but it would be interesting to see Redmond on at some stage, after all, Hughton was his mentor and it might inspire him to do very well, especially on the back of his England performance.

Not the type of game for Redmond imo, Brighton will sit back all game which nullifies his pace and running threat.

If Brighton are anything like Hughton''s Norwich they won''t try to counter us which should play into our hands but they will be tough to break down. If we''re not at 100% they will get the draw but if we press them high, move the ball quickly and are fluid in attack this could be a cricket score.

Either 0-0 or 5-0 to us

Pace and running isn''t really Redmond''s game. It''s beating people in close or tight situations.

If the poor sods are anything like Hughton''s Norwich they will be stuffed if we take a 1-0 lead at any point.

Well sounds like we are winning the midfield but just lacking that killer final ball and finish, we''re dominating the wide areas

Big half time coming up, were under a lot of pressure leading up to the break.
With Brentford and Middlesbrough both winning, we really need 3 points today
Yes we do, but it''s only half time. Plenty of time for Wigan and Fulham to get something.

These are the sort of games we need to win, at this stage of the season (if you get what I mean!) Away to a team, who are not going down, we need to come away with 3 points.

We need to get tighter, less sloppy, and re-dominate

Wigan are starting to have a go at the Middlesbrough goal. We could do with Wigan getting something so that Rotherham are needing a win when we play them. The Millers are currently 2-1 down at Birmingham.
