You can see that mantra is repeated time after time in the dressing room and training ground. Every player that has contributed to this seasonโs success has bought into Farkeโs ethics, itโs plain to see. Gotta love Daniel, HE IS THE MAN!

Today should be fantastic

Outside City Hall now, waiting for the players. Atmosphere building as we speak. -
Anyone else with a nice betting slip...

Top man dj! -
I never wanted him out, I also didn't predict this........ but...... .....Meh.... time to leave it alone now, EVERY city fan knows Farke is awesome now.

Mario Vrancic, the most under-rated player in the Championship, skilful, cool, measured intelligent, the list is long. He now has his chance to shine on one of the world's biggest stages, I am sure he won't disappoint.

Agreed Ramrod, good post, I hope we play without fear and we keep the core of our young players (I have a suspicion we may lose Ben or Max in the January window, I hope I'm wrong). We will keep the majority of the rest of the squad, and as such relegation should hold no fear either.

Will be the best selling Season review ever.

Can't argue with that!

Relegated without Buendia?
Daz Sparks replied to dylanisabaddog's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
A massive leap to come to conclusion OP has. Emi's suspension came at a time we were on one hell of a run, the next 3 games without Emi, in my opinion may not have different outcomes if he had played. Reading, had luck on their side, any other given day, 3-0 or better to us. Wigan, not our best display for sure, but had we won 1-0 or 2-1 there would no complaints. Sheffield Wednesday, scored 2, one a worldy, the other illegal, we spurned a hatful of chances that game, should have been a win. Emi comes back, so does us winning. Coincidence? Maybe, but we might easily have won that game 3-0 or 4-1, or drew it 1-1. As said in the beginning of this post, a massive leap by the OP. If we had not have had Emi from the start, we would have had someone else, and who knows what they may have contributed. It's perfectly plausible that Todd might have been that man and developed his game to go on and be the local hero. That said, I love Emi, he's exciting to watch, he has skill and tenacity and will go on to be a Carrow Road great if he stays. -
What players get sold on?

I really hope Todd kicks on now, he has the potential to be a great player I hope he stays and proves his detractors wrong. -

It's absolutely brilliant, but ever so slightly tainted by the "scum" references, edit them out and it would be oh so classy. (Don't get me wrong, I love calling them scum, they are scum, but I'm not at all classy.)- 5 replies

Very much this. We won many games this season by one goal and scoring 2 or more. Vindaloo football is going to see your GK beaten a few times.

Anyone know where the best place to park near to the ground?

Thanks Delia and Michael
Daz Sparks replied to lake district canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Thanks to Delia and Michael for me, nowhere near rich enough in money, but make up for it with genuine affection for the club and have done everything they could beside bankrupting themselves, it's testament to how well regarded they are in Football that the likes of Webber . (and consequently Farke) will come to our football club. -
It's annoying for sure, but I count to 5 then refresh, works 99% of the time, first time.

It is pretty much settled that Villa will Play WBA or Leeds (I don't see WBA getting third TBH) in the Semis, I am sure they don't give a damn which, The only thing left to settle in the play offs is 6th, 'boro or Derby, Bristol looking unlikely now. It's all very interesting, for the first time since we were i it, I'm going watch the Playoffs.
-
Sums it up perfectly Ricardo. Could be worse though, I hear Leeds fans are blaming 502 for scuppering their promotion hopes......
-
Absolutely Norwich R Us, the genius of the Farke/Webber team, more than one way to approach a problem. Our finaancial problems solved by youth, our 1st team woes solved by youth, all we want now is a monster of a striker to come through the academy and I would die happy! (Greedy I know)

The man is a legend already, what a thoroughly decent magnificent chap he is. He took his opportunity here and grasped it both hands, anyone with an ounce of sense could see what he was trying to achieve from the first few press conferences, and when we kicked off his first game, it had the stamp of Daniel Farke on it. Albeit that first season was still shackled with the malaise of 3-4 seasons of excessive wages, aged players and a culture that was just plain wrong. Did Df veer of course, never, did he bow to pressure of the doubters, not a chance, he never flinched, he looked to the ones that always supported him and simply carried on, head down and towards the goal and boy has he paid us ALL back, what a man, what a coach and what a team he has assembled. I cannot wait for the next chapter whether it be a period in the Prem or a season in and a season back in the Champs, because you just know with Daniel at the wheel, stuff is gonna happen!! To Daniel Farke I give thanks, what a brilliant season, what an achievement, what a man!
