    To switch this around, I am excited by the young players coming through . We appear to have a plan for next season which will see a lot of our older pros gone and some real talent come to fruition. Would this happen if we were to be promoted this season? Probably not.

    I agree. Naismith is difficult to like as he cost so much but lacks a clear role. At his best he is superb. Still 10 million for Brady and 8 for SN would be good business. The other outs are obvious although I want Klose to stay.

    Whilst very happy with that I will need to see prolonged improvement to change my view that the players are there but the management nous is not. He needs to stop fluking about with his back four and stick with that team unless forced to change through loss of form or injury. Let''s let others worry about us from which confidence should follow.
