  1. Well Leicester did it a few years ago. Last minute kenny MacLean winner in the last game to keep us up !
  2. I'd nominate lakey as he is definitely glass half full like myself. 7 wins anyone from the last nine games ....
  3. Cheers mate. Wasn't that the season with mounted police after a defeat to southend on boxing Day?
  4. Wow someone with sense at last. Out entire squad is sadly not up to the required standard this season but as usual it's the same players getting stick. Anyone that has followed Norwich for over 20 years will have seen far worse players/ teams . I give u Glenn roader, Peter grant, Bryan Hamilton etc.. I can remember getting beat 5-1 at West btom on a Saturday and then 6-1 at port vale the following Wednesday.. can't remember the year though if anyone can help .
  5. Totally agree with that. I will only be doing about 110 miles each way
  6. Can't u all give it a rest for a while and leave him alone . The manager picks him . The whole squad is not good enough for the premier League.
  7. Definitely not a fake mate. Work most Saturdays so only get to carrow road occasionally. Getting 2 tickets together is hard . These 2 seats were from a couple who apparently had covid . Normally sit in the Kevin reeves stand.
  8. I couldn't understand when we got goal back why Hanley wasnt stuck up front to make a nusiance of himself. 7 minutes of injury time left
  9. What absolute rubbish. We are not good enough for the premier League but still may stay up. But even losing 3 or 4 players on the summer will certainly be top 6 in the championship
  10. Sadly VAR is completely spoiling what used to be win lose or draw a great day out. Spending nearly £90 on tickets and travelling over 100 miles on a rare Saturday off work only to have no idea why penalties have been awarded or goals disallowed kills the game for me. Was telling my son after rashica's "goal that we had the best part of 30 minutes and the next goal would be crucial. Only to wonder with all players lined up ready to kick off why there was such a delay. Still onwards and upwards and 6 points from Chelsea and Leeds and the great escape will be back on . !!
  11. Perhaps not the Titanic then maybe the posideon....
  12. I'd hate to have been on the Titanic with any of you. We were never going to beat man city or Liverpool. We march on to st marys!
  13. Same here mate. Was hoping to go Saturday too but looking very unlikely
  14. Sadly agree about the hooligans returning and I dare say it will get worse before it gets better. Ian culverhouse is now manager of a side local to me Kettering town. They attract crowds of around 800 at best but still have idiots who abuse away players in a disgusting way and the chairman in the past week has had to appeal for genuine fans to report a yob who threw a lighter at a visiting goalkeeper. It would be easy for every club to make it clear that anyone found guilty of throwing anything on the pitch or going on the pitch will receive a lifetime ban . The FA could also remind players to celebrate a goal with their own fans and never to leave the field of play and jump into the crowd after scoring. As for being able to compete the days of the bottom teams being able to suprise the big boys seem to have almost disappeared for good..I was there when a John deehan goal beat Liverpool back in 1981 . In those days u genuinely went to the ground expecting to at least give the top sides a game. Now it's wondering if it worth spending £120 + for me and my boy to attend. Much better to pick game's against teams we might beat ie had a great night at Watford.
