  1. Completely disagree, And this has been one of our issues this season. Before we'd kicked a Premier League ball were we're comitted to spending the best part of £20 Million on two players, we then went and brought in two players to be ahead of them. What a waste of money.
  2. Yep - BM was very anti-City Jarvis came across as such a nice lad.
  3. Interesting podcast on Under The Cosh Sounds very hard done by... Two serious injuries missed by the NCFC Medical team He rejected payoffs to leave And was desperate to play for Norwich City
  4. I said at the time, I'd be happy with Smith until the end of the season (No matter what) to put us in the dogfight of survival, I guess he kind of did that for a couple of weeks until some poor results went against us. And he seemingly wasn't given any pocket money in Jan. However, I'm uninspired by him.
  5. Oma and Kabak As I've said all season, you don't stay in the Premier League with Hanley/Gibson as first choice centre backs.
  6. I'm not advocating that we resign him, But to call him dreadful and a poor player is just rediculous.
  7. This squad, minus our loanee's and probable outgoings, with this manager will be nowhere near promotion next season.
  8. Bielsa was sacked by the Americans, who refused to invest further unless their man was placed in charge having become frustrated with Bielsa. News of the sacking was apparent and leaked on Friday afternoon by players in the U23's. It was confirmed at HT on Saturday, whether Bielsa knew it or not, the senior players did. I don't get the Bielsa hype, Garry Monk finished in 7th with a similar squad to Bielsa. He found them in the Championship and took what Leeds fans keep telling us is a 'massive club' to the Premier League so what's the big achievement, as he potentially leaves them back in the Championship. Bielsa was schooled by Farke, Wilder and a novice Lampard in his first season. They had a great Covid season, but so too did Sheff Utd the previous season, if anything that probably lead to his ultimate downfall. Despite the sound bites from Pep, Klopp etc, he doesn't have much to show for his 32 years in management, particularly in Europe where he has one 2nd Division trophy. What I will say, that to Bielsa was more to Leeds than just a football manager, as was Farke to us. What he did in the community was fantastic but ultimately as with Farke there's always an ending. There was a point where I'd rather lose with Farke than win without him and I think Leeds fans feel the same. Football's about more than being in the Premier League.

  10. The man's an attention seeker. Who knows when to stir the pot. With zero credibility. Should be treat like the fool/troll/WUM that he is.
  11. My biggest worry, And I've been saying it for months, This team does not come back up.
  12. What allocation did we take? Seem to have sold out rapidly.
  13. Ironic how Dean Smith says we should be competitive against them and is lauded as an inspirational football prophet. And Daniel Farke called it a free hit and still beat them.
  14. No, I'm really not. Im asking for the correct decision to be made. VAR watched a foul, determined it was outside the box, yet the game didn't restart as it should have. Its quite simple to be honest
  15. I mean, I get there are anti-VAR'ers. But restarting the game wrongly, is just beyond belief.
  16. Appreciate the rule, But how rediculous that they watch an incident for 3 minutes, observe a foul, confirm a foul and restart with a throw in. Especially as referees are encouraged to let play go on, as 'VAR will sort it'
  17. But they confirmed there was a foul... Why are we allowing wrong decisions even after VAR has been checked? It's really not hard. Referees and linesmen are being told not to give decisions unless they are sure, because VAR will sort it But instead of getting a free kick on edge of the box, Man City got a throw in.
  18. The weirdest decision of the day was at St Mary's Where Kev De B could have had a penalty for a foul right on the edge of the box, referee said play on. Ball went out for a throw in to Man City VAR checked the penalty and said the foul was outside the box The restart? Throw in to Man City It's laughable.
  19. Dream world if you think we can A) Pay that money B) Compete with West Ham
  20. You've gotta feel for Lungi NCFC have their weakest midfield in history, literally ran through every week This week he gets a chance to start in the cup. With no one available surely this is his Premier League time to shine. Oh no, Smith drops to a two in midfield, you couldn't write it.
