1.

The experience subject will always get brought up with every single loss, simply because it is an easy stick to beat Adams with, such as Hughton being "too nice". He earnt his chance and started the job well, just have to give him his time and stop being so fickle. Swansea are a good example, like to employ relatively inexperienced managers and they are doing great as a club. Garry Monk just beat the vastly experience Wenger and he has less coaching experience etc than Adams!
And how much time did Gary Monk need to learn the job ? and did he need a nanny to give him a helping hand ? being patient will get us one thing and thats another season of Championship football .
Did you see how Garry Monk started? Swansea were slipping down the table at an incredible rate. Till they played us....

3. Something that has annoyed me for years, we''ve done it under every single manager we have.   Get the territorial gains etc but it is annoying when we did it vs Liverpool and 10 seconds later Suarez has scored
4. Agree with LDC, we don''t have a problem with defence, we''ve conceeded more than 1 goal on only 2 occassions this season. Martin is a quality centre back, sick of hearing he''s too short to play centre back etc when he''s taller than R Bennett!!!! Whittaker is coming under some unfair criticism, had a couple of dodgy moments but on the whole he has been fantastic, offers us a good attacking motive, Olsson needs to start learning from Whittaker as Olsson has been our worst defender this season,.
5.
There is more chance of the fans turning against Adams not because its a Friday,  because its against Lennon who was a fans 1st choice, me included. This is a fifty/fifty that will see some of the fans that wanted Lennon switch to Adams if he wins this tie. If we lose,  the board could have got this very wrong and I predict that we will be in this division for a number years while Adams gets experience.
Lennon wasn''t the fans first choice, there was no standout choice that the Norwich fans wanted. Whoever we appointed there was going to be division amongst the fans, some wanted Adams, some wanted Malky, some wanted Lennon, few wanted Zola . And you think that if we lose tonight it will effect us for many seasons to come? Wow, what an important game tonight is, no wonder it is on sky!!
6. But surely anybody with half a brain could tell you that we clearly don''t have any issues defensively, it''s scoring goals which is the issue. People contradict themselves hugely, they are saying RM is rubbish at centre back, simply because he got outjumped for the goal away at Wolves, also saying that Lafferty needs to be played up top because of his form for N Ireland, ignoring the fact that RM and Whittaker have been very good for Scotland.   The only issue I think we have in defence is Olsson, offers nothing going forward. Would like to see Garrido return.
7. Going to places like Arsenal and Chelsea are foregone conclusions for pretty much every team in the league...   There was a vendetta against Hughton from day 1, simply because of who he replaced, there was a negative vibe around Norwich for ages. You can''t on one hand say Hughton complimenting opposition clubs has a negative effect on our adult players and boosts the opposition, despite ignoring the fact that the same oppositions manager would be just as complimentary about Norwich as a club. I think it''s just been proved how stupid some people are using that as a vendetta, something that used to get under my skin, I get that the football was awful at times but concentrate on that, not media interviews which would have absolutely no effect on what happens on the pitch.
8. Now we know that a lot of people had a ridiculous vendetta against Hughton, most annoying one being about how him bigging up the opponents before the game would boost our oppositions morale and lower our players.   Has anybody ever heard someone praise a team as much as Evans did us before the Rotherham game? It was very complimentary, as was Lee Clarks interview before we played Birmingham. Howcome their players weren''t playing with fear and end up losing 4-0?
9.
One of the problems with four fullbacks, all four, is that they are good in attack, but not quite so good in defending, and all except Olsson lose out to pace, and consequently tend to stand off. With Turner and Hooiveld also slow, we are vulnerable when attackers run at our defence, and this has not been missed by other managers. I suspect that little can be done now, although I remember reading that Iggy can play at (left?) back, and Bennett (E) would not let us down at RB. Certainly, if we gain promotion we would have to invest in one or two right backs.
I keep hearing this from Norwich fans all season, our defence is slow and loses out to pace. I can recall only 2  incidents this season that our defence has been caught out by pace and that was Wolves away when Olsson (our most over rated player) got done for pace and subsequently got sent off and against Bournemouth at home when Redmond didn''t track his runner and the guy ran through and played the ball across our defence. Whittaker once again is getting unfair criticism despite in my opinion being one of our best players yesterday and was far far more effective than Olsson. Considering how attack minded we are it''s clear with our goals against column that our defence is very good. Teams that have conceeded less than us defend in big numbers, we don''t.
10.
LDC talking utter shite once again. The Norwich fans were overly patient with Chris Hughton during his interminable reign. The fans weren''t to blame in any way, shape, or form for our pathetic relegation last season. We had the players to survive comfortably. Unfortunately they were managed by a coward who showed no belief in them and coached by a couple of bang average ex defenders.
I think you are slightly deluded to be honest.   What part of "you''re just a s**t Grant Holt" which was aimed at Elmander away at Villa do you think will really give the player a confidence boost? What about the abuse Snodgrass got in the corner flag against Newcastle? or the abuse Ruddy got after one match from the Barclay when he came over and spoke his mind? The boo''s and murmurs going round the stadium at every subsitution we made, boo''s ringing round the stadium when we took an INJURED Gary Hooper off the pitch.   I think you need to wake up and smell the coffee, the fans were the most negative thing about Norwich last season, not the tactics, and played a massive massive part in us going down.
11.
Delia and Michael are the ones who need to go. They have been on our board for far too long. They have brought in too many crap managers. Roeder, Grant, Gunn, Hughton - all bad managers. The alarm bells were ringing when she said on Radio Norfolk that the reason they didn''t sack Hughton was because there was nobody to replace Hughton. Yes Delia you had Adams working in the club with the youth team - there was your replacement. The same will happen again with her and Michael - if we lose Neil Adams - they won''t have a clue who to bring in. Delia and Michael undermine all McNally''s hard work - if we get two new directors - then this club can progress.
Think it''s been proved there was nobody available in January who could have taken over from Hughton. Adams was at the club yes, but you don''t give a youth team manager the reigns of a Premier League club mid season.   Forgetting the state of the club when the took over and the magnificent position the club is in now, also forgetting the significant investment they have put in to the club.   To be honest you are a bit clueless
12. Actually, for anybody who can have a sensible argument without clearly having a vendetta against Hughton would know that he came to Norwich with a very good record of attacking football, was loved by Birmingham fans and Newcastle fans, and is highly respected throughout the football world as a man of honesty and dignity. Something a lot of people on here could learn from.
13.
Also if you ever called me stupid to my face - you end up looking like Hoiveld
He''s got a point though, you are stupid to make a judgement on someone after only 3 games. Imagine we''d done that with Iwan Roberts
14. People have based this whole myth about Martin being too small to be a centre back (despite being only marginally shorter than Bennett) on the goal conceded at Wolves. Martin has the strength and the pace to be a great centre back and he rarely lets us down when he plays in that position. People who have formed their opinion on Martin clearly missed the aerial bombardment he and Turner dealt with at Ipswich and against Blackburn.
15.
I disagree, I thought he was ok, he made some good tackles which is great, but he was also out of position quite a bit (most noticeably in the last 5 mins of the game when he lost the ball and Grabban had to go and chase the winger-that shouldn''t be happening, it could''ve been a goal had Bournemouth''s cross been better), also his crossing into the box; how many times do we see that guy sky the ball? He was alright v Bournemouth, he did what you''d expect an average player in the championship to do. Martin on the other hand looked much more composed and was comfortable on the ball, dealt with Wilson when he needed to when Wilson wasn''t battling with turner. The only chance they had was the goal really which was garrido''s and Redmond''s fault, the other chance they had that I can remember was just in that last 5 mins when Whitts didn''t track back quick enough. There''s a reason why he doesn''t receive praise and there''s a reason why he doesn''t receive a hate; he''s just an alright player, nothing special, every teams got a weak link; if he''s ours then we''re not doing too badly
Caught out of position because he was in an attacking area. Something people were crying out for every week last season. Do you want our fullbacks to attack or not? This will mean at times they are out of position so other players have to cover for them, also known as teamwork.
16. You''ll never see those heights again under any manager unless the club got some serious investment. Football has changed for the worse. Where we finished under Hughton is possibly the highest we''ll finish in a long long time.
17. Only morons thought we had it bad.   We''ve not had it bad since the Roeder days.
18. Might be wrong here but I am certain he was top scorer in the championship last time he played in it with Cardiff.   Also bored of hearing about how poorly Becchio is being treated, it clearly isn''t a witch hunt, there is a reason behind him not playing.
19. If we win you can expect 1 or 2 things to happen on this message board. It''ll either go very quiet and you''ll see hardly any posts on here, OR, we didn''t win in the right way or the players revolted against the manager and played in their own style.
20. So you are attacking the club over rumours of players leaving? Despite only one having left the club permantley who was in his last year of his contact and we got top dollar for him. Lambert used to stand up to McNally???? Like he does Lerner it seems.......
21. There is a reason teams play it round the back 4 and keeper though. Take the Premier League for example, pretty much every team plays with 1 striker, how is 1 striker supposed to close down a defence? He can''t. If we were to close down the defence it would mean bringing midfielders forward, leaving massive gaps behind us which can be exploited, this is what the best teams do. Which is why its so frustrating hearing people shout out in anger "close them down" when the defence are playing it around the back.
22. What on earth are you talking about? I don''t think the club care if we are perceived as a nice club or an aggressive club. You look at the way McNally does his dealings and its far from being a Mr Nice Guy. The term happy clappers was started by the negative Norwich fans who want to moan about every little detail despite knowing very little themselves about what happens behind the scenes. Also, what has given you the impression that Lambert was a big nasty man? Looks to be the biggest "Yes man" in football at the moment!
23. It''s on the BBC twitter account mate, not been put on the website yet.
24. About to join for an undisclosed fee according to the Beeb Shame, he''s a decent player when fit.
25. You hear this a lot at home games and away games. I understand it in the midfield areas etc but you can''t get stuck in and close down an opposition defence when they are playing it across the back four, this would mean bringing a midfielder further forward leaving a massive gap behind them. You also don''t want your strikers pointlessly burning themselves out chasing lost causes.
