As someone in control of finances he has been culpable for adding to the clubs debt by giving long contracts to aging players. Why on earth would anyone give Barnes any thing more than a 1 year contract. Are they secretly best mates or something?

For me it's: FASSNACHT BARNES GIBSON STACEY PLACHETA ONEL SPRINGETT GIBBS LONG DUFFY BATTH FORSHAW some of those are are ridiculous long contracts ( thanks to Webber wasting clubs money on old players!!!) So we can't just get rid. Others contracts expire this summer, so sell now in the transfer window If not wanted. Not easy to trim squad, but some players need to be dropped if we can't move them on. As for our loaned out players, let's hope some are considered good enough to be brought back in

Hwang does offer pace and athleticism, and if we were to have 3 strikers I would prefer him to Barnes. I would drop Barnes a soon as Josh gets back. We need Adam and Josh together

Dimi is our of contract next year, he is good but so is Sam. Sam also gets into more advanced attacking areas and I think he is younger. Best to sell Dimi and recruit a lb as back up to Sam. Same with Ben Gibson. Sell him January as he will go for free in the summer.

Gibson I believe is out of contract in the summer. Get rid of him for a few £££ while we can. I don't want to see him play again this season

Sadly I didn't realise the game was on, as it is at Carrow Road, but this cup game shows we have some promising young players. Only seen 20 minutes but the keeper looks good and the lads up front look worth considering for the 1st team bench.

On a positive note, if only we had beaten Watford it would have been 4 wins from 4 and we would be 7th. I know the squad is not great, nor is DW a great coach but we do have some reason to be just a little optimistic. Players coming back from injury too, so this season still isn't lost. I still want a new manager though, as DW hasn't proved he is good enough

Why did we sign Sainz? Batth praised for his recent games gets dropped. Onel who had a shocker starts ahead of anyone!!!!! Nunez as main striker (oh give me strength!!!) Idah given a 5 year contract by Webber, but obviously no one believes in him. We may well win, but this line up doesn't give me confidence. DW seems desperate to try literally anything.

Compiling analytics is all very well, plus a 360 Soccer Bot thing, but we don't have a decent squad to actually get results. We won 2 Championships under DF without all this analytics, so surely we just need talented, fit players and good coaching staff to get results? Seems like football is becoming too complicated. VAR a prime example.

Gibbs, Springett and Nunez are simply not good enough, plus another 6 or 7 !! Gibbs runs around a lot though, with little effect

Regards the mental health campaign the club promotes, I think our dross football has affected 20000 fans mental health, in bad way. We all feel very low and cheesed off with the whole club and for me it does affect my happiness level. To improve our mental health we need big changes at the club and entertaining football.
