  1. Simple things like that just bring a smile to a Norwich supporter's face😀
  2. Would so love Shef Utd to lose in the play offs, as it would give Wilder the chance to be nominated Championship manager of the year next season
  3. I would love to hear what excuses Wilder will bring up at his post match interview, couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
  4. Yes it wasn't one of our better performances, but we still gained a point. There were several below par players on the pitch tonight and we didn't pass the ball quick enough. We did step up the pace when Vrancic came on, and I would definitely start him on Sun.
  5. I am not sure that the homegrown rules do apply if you look at some of the Premiership team sheets.
  6. Is he talking about the ever decreasing attendance? I might even have a flutter on them not coming straight back up next season.
  7. This is the way Farke chooses to play at the back, including having zonal marking and 10 men in the box for every free kick and corner. Opposition managers will have watched the videos of our games and seen that if you continually press our defenders they will make bad passes occasionally; we are also suspect at defending set pieces. The bottom line is it works for us and we are top of the league playing this way.
  8. Another example of how the BBC waste large amounts of money on paying ex players to give their opinion on the highlights. I much prefer the German equivalent where they show extended highlights of the games with no so called expert pundits to tell you what they think.
  9. I have been very impressed with Zimmermann as captain in the absence of Tettey. He seems to remain very calm at all times and sets a good example to the rest of the players.
  10. Their home crowd could also probably get a fish supper.
  11. Are any Norwich supporters really interested in hearing about Naismith considering the MLS? I am happy to read articles about former players who have actually done something for the club, but I don't include him in that category. The only good news is we will not be paying his wages this summer.
  12. I hope so because if we keep both in Bolton could do what Preston did tonight. Strange decision to give the captain's armband to Tettey as Zimmermann has been immense since he was given it. Hopefully a one off game and normal service to resume on Sat.
  13. Blame the premiership players as they fall over after the slightest contact. Stiepermann is playing a key role in that no 10 position but he often falls after any contact and pleads for a foul instead of just getting on with the game.
  14. This is in complete contrast to Robbie Savage who would rather see Leeds, Derby, Birmingham or Villa in the Premiership than us. I hope most canary supporters will boycott his big night at Carrow Road on 1 Mar.
  15. I agree with you Ricardo, 2 -1 up 15 mins to go and a number of players looking very tired he should have brought on fresh legs then, not giving them 5 mins to try and influence the game. Good news is we didn't lose and are still second.
  16. If they play with that same intensity against us we will struggle to contain them.
  17. I agree Ricardo, Derby's quick front players were never given the space and time that we allowed them at Carrow Road. I was also impressed at the speed Leeds moved the ball from defence to attack.
  18. Godfrey looks uncomfortable playing left back. Tettey, Vrancic and Trybul all being bypassed in midfield. Zimmermann and Klose so slow. We need a miracle half time talk to turn this around.
  19. Starting with the same 11 and getting 4 wins and 2 draws has done wonders for the confidence of these players. Unless there are injuries I see no reason for changing the side against Stoke. I would have liked Farke to have brought on the substitutes a little earlier against Derby as Buendia, Cantwell and Stiepermann had worked extremely hard both in attack and defence.
