Its Time To Try Something New
no1canary replied to magic_eyes's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
definately. i think we need to play how we are going to play next season. so the same attacking formation but we need to get the personel right. so that means flem has to come out, maybe edworthy, holt definately, and maybe give svensson a go with ashton. we need to build the team that is going to bring us back up. not change it now because its too late. -
yep. agree with all that except that would be 3 left footers in defence so i wud have doherty instead of charlton.
-
its too late for that now. we need to be playing the way we will be playing to try and get back up so that means continue with the 4-3-3.
-
i think most of us agree but the chances are slim to none.

Malky would never have let Carvalho score!

i would prefer a defence of: eddie/helveg/shackell/charlton or drury (depends on how fast the right winger is!) -
Worthy should have been gone months ago!

no, no, no. unless we could have gotten someone like bruce, curbs, hughes, etc, there wud have been no point. we will take us up again next year! -
i knew it wud be tough but i didn''t expect certain things. i expected palace to finish bottom with basically no points at all, i expected wba to do really well after all the money they spent, and i expected everton to get relegated! i''ll say this, i wud rather be winning in the championship than losing in the premiership.

McKenzie has come good?
no1canary replied to Northern Canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
i am 100% confident he will be at norwich next year. he has scored 3 in the last 4 home games now and is looking really good. now he is getting the goals, along with his hard work. -
not rested, dropped. we really need to get him out of there. doc and shac will have the height, both good in the air, and are good players. and they are both young. (even tho doc looks over 30!)

did she sit in the barclay in the end?

well done to him. he needs training up. he should really stay their for next year aswell. -
yeh i saw that on gillette soccer staurday as the goals were coming in. well done to him.
-
lol. i duno. if we did i wud want a tv in the corner.
-
doc has not been the main culprit at the back. i think we all know, i think its fleming''s turn to the blame. he has been there all season and he is not good enough. doc and shack will do a better job.
-
we just have to be realistic now. i can''t see how we will get more points than soton and 6 more than palace by the end of the season.

Bellamy won't be signing so who will
no1canary replied to Alan's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
yeh, 3 is enough, but they''re not all good enough. ashton is obviously good enough, but we need 2 goalscorers, not 1. bellamy and ashton upfront wud keep us up. -
He has never played at left back.
he has played at left back. he used to play there but seems that managers think he is more effective as a cb. would have been a good signing. i''m expecting someone better now! maybe he didn''t come because pompey didn''t want him to go to another prem club? -
why is there a massive walkway? they could have got a few more seats in there.
-
but a good number of the times, it isn''t a free kick. he does expect to get 1 every time he goes down. but great credit to him yesterday, getting 4 assists is some achievement.
