Redders Right Foot 22 Posted April 10, 2013 Wyatt (Spelling?) looking like the boss of the game for us atm.
Herman 9,803 Posted April 10, 2013 "SYG"The left back looks pretty handy tooBloody good tackle there by him.
SYG 0 Posted April 10, 2013 Yeah it was. Looks real quick and great timing when tackling...
BOO 0 Posted April 10, 2013 We look really strong down the left side, Wyatt and Murphy work really well going forward and in defence.
Norwich or die tryin! 0 Posted April 10, 2013 The left back looks decent. Like the look of the captain, number 4 in midfeild aswell.
AJ 1,224 Posted April 10, 2013 only ITV could describe a 17 year old scoring 27 goals in a youth league as ''Christiano Ronaldo like''
havemyhowsonit 0 Posted April 10, 2013 What a shambles this football match is
AJ 1,224 Posted April 10, 2013 For a bunch of 17 and 18 year old they aren''t doing bad!
Marmaduke 0 Posted April 10, 2013 The City lads just aren''t putting a shift in. I''m booing already.
Mr Angry 1,570 Posted April 10, 2013 Well done ITV for showing this!
Bill 1,788 Posted April 10, 2013
For a bunch of 17 and 18 year old they aren''t doing bad!
and this is before the upgraded academy has even began
Baracouda 47 Posted April 10, 2013 getting more impressed every touch Morris. can certainly understand the hype about the twins.Hopefully, we''re be safe soon, and can maybe give them a cameo roll from bench. Could be a very useful for their development.
It's Character Forming 1,164 Posted April 10, 2013
The City lads just aren''t putting a shift in. I''m booing already.
No harm when it''s at the TV Marmie
Herman 9,803 Posted April 10, 2013 The standard has been decent. Youthful mistakes, which is understandable, but otherwise some future prospects on show.
King Klose 0 Posted April 10, 2013 Holt was sitting next to Jack Lester, ex Forest and Chesterfield striker. Hughton was sitting next to Bowkett and they have shown Lansbury in the stands too.The number 9, Morris, looks a good player.
Bill 1,788 Posted April 10, 2013 " Hopefully, we''re be safe soon, and can maybe give them a cameo roll from bench " eh ? I can hardly see McNally agreeing to risk a few million in prize money to give a 17 year old ''a cameo appearance''
AJ 1,224 Posted April 10, 2013 I the Morris, the Murphy Brothers and the left back Wyatt definitely look like decent prospects - would be nice for a few players to filter through the academy for a change!
Mr Brownstone 0 Posted April 10, 2013
I the Morris, the Murphy Brothers and the left back Wyatt definitely look like decent prospects - would be nice for a few players to filter through the academy for a change!
Agreed, Morris and Wyatt the standouts for me so far, Murphy''s look dangerous too. Got into some good areas, chances will come 2nd half.
Baracouda 47 Posted April 10, 2013 Why not, If going to develop, they need to get a taste of first team... Significant number of players started between 16 and 18 in a wide attacking roll.
Jules 0 Posted April 10, 2013 Forest pitch looks a bit dodgy and has someone pumped extra air into the ball? Seems curiously bouncy on a muddy pitch.Think we''ve played very well so far.
Hannibal II 0 Posted April 10, 2013 Been very impressed with Morris very good young player
Bill 1,788 Posted April 10, 2013 I think we would have had a few filtering through if we were still in the Championship - and in the lower half at that certainly Martin and Smith with either Rudd and Steer on the bench, and most likely Adayemi and Francombe featuring as well

havemyhowsonit 0 Posted April 10, 2013 I''d rather take the £8.5 million wolfswinkel. Than the twins and Morris
AJ 1,224 Posted April 10, 2013 But they are an investment for the future, they could be our RVW to come, whereas RVW is our player for us now
Canaries Utd 0 Posted April 10, 2013 Murphy boys look promising, but somewhat frustrating when they try and beat 6 men everytime they have the ball. Morris looks a good prospect.
Baracouda 47 Posted April 10, 2013 Really don''t see what a 8.5m striker has to do, with giving one or two of the lads a 10minute run out before the end of the season [If were safe]. To aid their development and stuff to work on during the summer. Have to remember if we develop one or two kids, they''re free squad places until they''re 21, along with all the home grown rules as well.
havemyhowsonit 0 Posted April 10, 2013 Never get the chance in the prem. would you seriously put any of these in the premier league games??They''d get torn apart. No. Invest in more established players. RVW is the start of things to come.
Marmaduke 0 Posted April 10, 2013 I think they''ve been reading "How to needlessly concede possession" by W. Hoolahan
SYG 0 Posted April 10, 2013 As good as the Murphy twins are, they are still quite far from being good enough for the premiship. Will just be a liability to the team, not because of their talent but their immaturity and youthfulness
