On a serious note, Watched Celtic vs Rangers today and couldn''t help but notice that Glenn Loovens wasn''t even in the squad. Could he be the experienced defender we are after?

Remember he was very good for Cardiff and i recall him being named man of the match when they lost to Portsmouth in the FA Cup.

Just a suggestion but would be delighted if it happened.

I would quite like to see Pacheco. I think the lads class.

Anyone, who gets the nickname "Killer" while at a barce youth academy for his scoring exploits is potentially worth a look.

From the limited action I''ve seen him in, he does have a nice first touch and passing (as you would expect from his Barce days) would fit our style of play.

Delfouso would be a interesting signing, we already have someone with pace to burn (Jackson) but we dont seem to play a style to suit him.

Goran Maric was never in the Barcelona youth side, but played for Barcelona B (very different).

 

Pacheco is regarded as one of the best young players to come out of Spain recently, although Liverpool have somewhat slowed his progress.
