the waste of money wages we are spending on him , what is he on 10k a week, could have gone towards lita 350k !!!

lita would have been paid for in 12 months, saving wages on sibs, and at 24 or 25 , we would have made a profit on lita, rather that a french lazy has been .and old at that.

[/quote]There are at least a couple of Premiership clubs sniffing around Lita - do you honestly think he''d have joined a club where there was a real possibility of him playing in League One next season? I agree that Sibierski is a waste of valuable wages, but I really don''t think people should be labouring under the misapprehension that Lita would have signed for us ahead of Premiership clubs!

Good post! If we have got him on a free, then even if his wages are as high as £20,000 per week (gulp! shurely shome mishtake?) that would total just £400,000 over the next 20 weeks.  Or the equivalent of  £5000 per week in wages and a £300k signing on fee. Provided GR plays him behind the line rather than leading it, those who are dismissive of him on the grounds of his no show as a target man (another one of GR''s stupid tactics) may be pleasantly surprised. Down to you now Glenn, to play to his strengths rather than his weaknesses,  if the rumour is true.
