The new players Roeder has promised to bring in will all be frees will they? The board has the money but as per usual they dont want to spend any of it. This club is far from finacial collapse its just that we have a very stingie, play it safe board with no ambition. We will bring in the new players, that much is certain IMO. But dont expect the board to spend more than £250k on a single player.  Expect cheap, mediocre, run of the mill players that no one else is interested in.

Now Arto I have thought long and hard about your hostility towards our great club and I think I have discovered the answer . It took quite a lot of research believe me and when you are going back over 40 yrs its very difficult but I am certain I have it correct .

If I could just run this past you Arto you lovely old boy . Now you set out on your chosen career as a young man  as a publican and I must say a very laudable,splendid and proper respectful duty for our society and knowing you Arto I would imagine your position as mine host was filled with nothing other than social cohesion towards your guests. Now Arto I am suggesting your first undertaking was an establishment  close to Carrow Rd and you did quite well on match days .Am I right ? I am sure I am . Then it all went wrong didn''t it Arto ? , you were the victim of the purloined pint mug on every match day , It was Cumfy wasn''t it Arto ? Cumfy''s mum and Cumfys gang ? In fact it was your pint mug that was used in Cumfys ablutions in other words his need to make water every so often .

Now as Cumfy and his gang arrived every match with a sparkling mug and left it behind after the match always full , I was just thinking what this must have cost you Arto . I can''t think for one minute that those mugs were a cheap commodity even in those distant days and over the season it must have been over 2 dozen you lost . Oh!! my goodness I have just had a thought what if Cumfy and his gang went to the reserve matches as well ? I cant think Cumfy and his gangs intake of liquid  would be any less just because it was a reserve match . thats 48 mugs a season . Now that could have come close to sending you under Arto if in fact it didn''t .Surely Arto you must have suspected Cumfy and mum ? don''t you remember mum who was ace on the dice box? the lovely old girl smiling sweetly as if butter would not melt in her mouth .No no no , thats the wrong description , the last thing mum wanted was any form of lubrication under her plates her dentures would have spent all day on the floor .

Actually its a friend of a friend thing. His Daughter is employed at the club. He''s mentioned things in the past and its pretty spot on.
