O.T.B.C 1 Posted April 17, 2007 I hope so. I was banking on a Hucks performance on Sunday, slightly worries now to be honest, especially with all the injuries we have, mind you time for people to become legends.
Huddy 0 Posted April 17, 2007 At least they wont have been able to prepare tactically very well, because there wouldnt have been many opportunities for them to see and suss out the threats and weaknesses of ohalf our current squad!!!
Smudger 0 Posted April 18, 2007 A turnip that looks like a thingy???Blimey that''s all that we need.... I thought that it was Shrek that we had in charge, not Baldrick???

Gentleman Jim 0 Posted April 18, 2007 I''m just wondering if message title is an intentional Spoonerism or not.But to the message as it stands, I think Hucks would always play if he was able to, so I think his injury was genuine and not a stunt.
ca 1 Posted April 18, 2007 Grant was saying the 7 hour journey in the coach didnt help them, so why didnt they fly up there?

Pete Raven 276 Posted April 18, 2007 But then we''d have people on here moaning about how the money for the flight could''ve been better spent on players, prudence before ambition and all that nonsense. Not to mention residents of Hellesdon being woken up by the return flight then moaning at the club and the airport...

sheded 0 Posted April 18, 2007 Somebody explain to me how a 7 hour coach journey gets you back problems ? I`ve heard some really daft excuses in my time ...... jaysus ! there`s little old ladies spending DAYS on a coaching tour , cmon Grant , think up a better one than that !
Fat Barman 0 Posted April 19, 2007 The journey took nearly twice as long as expected due to a road being closed off unexpectedly. The detour route was clogged with traffic.Crikey sheded, it''s Hucks you want to ask about his back - the other players all survived. Don''t shoot messenger Grant. I get back problems on long coach journeys - must be some sort of cross for us extra-talented ones to have to bear!

Smudger, You mention (both) "WE" (as in Norwich City Football Club) and "I am on the Donkster side" (as in agreement with a Board representative).....Are you ok? Exposure to far too much sun recently? A reformed opinion perhaps? Maybe even planning a visit to Carrow Road on Sunday to see "your beloved" Club???? ca 1 Posted April 19, 2007 I am off to Colney tomorrow to see for myself what the injury situation is and also to make sure that any player who will listen understands what this game means to us fans.So if you hear that a mad women has been thrown out for harrassing the players then it could be little ole me [:D] I''ll report back tomorrow! Mello Yello 2,572 Posted April 19, 2007 Against Ipswing Trowel, I think we should hit ''em rally hard and give it all we''ve got for the first 20 minutes - and bang 4 rapid goals past them!........That''ll really stun the cu..................[:#]
