The ball isn't on the ground is it?  If it's on the way up after a bounce, so you need to imagine it to be lower to compare with the pitch boundaries.  I'd say that's in, but by a gnats gonad.

As has been said, the angle is deceptive because it's not in line. Very similar to the Japan goal against Spain at the World Cup. 

It's bloody tight, though. I don't think you can say conclusively from this angle one way or the other.

This is a good point, the ball clearly has a gap from the boot so was this just before or after he kicked it? Just before it's probably out, just after it's 100% in
