lake district canary 4,552 Posted January 15, 2023 (edited) Difficult to separate them really, a good all round performance, but here's my take - Krul - 2 great saves, 2 blunders - 6/10 Aarons - good overall, but those crosses still need work - 7/10 Hanley - good, did what was needed - 7/10 Omobamidele - good, did nothing wrong that I saw, got forwards sometimes - 7/10 Giannoulis - very good throughtout - 8/10 Mclean - one of the best perfromances from him - 9/10 Sara - thought he was good, still room to improve though - 7/10 Dowell - good performance, showed he has something to offer - 8/10 Hernandez - love him, so positive attacking or defending and still got the desire - 7/10 Sargent - worked hard, but fluffed some real good chances - 6/10 Pukki - still the best, still got that strength and pace, 2 goals and assist - 9/10 Subs - Lungi - good - 7/10 Gibbs - good - 7/10 Idah - ok - 6 or 7/10 Nunez - not found his feet fully yet, but worked hard - 6/10 Sinani - doesn't look the part to me - 6/10 A bit harsh, a bit generous? OTBC My ratings - team performance, learnt quickly 9/10 Manager, made some brave decisions which would have seen him crucified if it went wrong 9.5 out of 10. Aarons gets offers from almost every top flight club in this country and even Bayern and Barca.. And yet he keeps on playing for us, never complains never misses a game and just puts in solid shift after solid shift. He’s an absolute monster. at the end of the Blackburn game he did an interview and said they were “getting back to what they are used to” we now know what that means, and me likee.
