Is it just me that is not even that excited about the new season, mostly due to lack of engagement from NCFC at the moment, given our lack of transfers in/out, the Webber interview, and muted communication from the club regarding significant matters, such as the new investment, Pukki's future etc?

Not to mention that tournament in the desert in November, which is nothing more than a "world cup in name only".

Probably just you since Dean Smith has said several times that he expects Pukki to stay - there's not really any more to say on the matter?

As for the new investment, the clubs not going to say anything until it's progressed - hopefully not until after the windows closed either if they're going to be sensible about it.

Very much looking forward to the new season.

Well if Dean's said it then thats that then isnt it...! 😂 The point I was getting at is if Pukki exits, we have no proven goalscorers, and no plans to replace him and we will struggle. (BuT wE hAvE HuGilL and IdAh!)

As for the investment I do see your point regarding the timing. But I wont hold my breath, the appalling timing of the Farke sacking at Brentford comes to mind 🤮

Well, we wouldn't plan to replace him if we're not looking to sell him, would we? We're not going to sign his replacement if he's not going - so from that point of view I think you might be making something out of nothing!

All we’ve heard about Pukki and him leaving if his agent trying to stir the pot. Hardly newsworthy that he’d prefer to leave for a stronger league and his last and probably biggest contract of his career, is it? I’m sure you could throw that hat on the majority of the squad.

The question of him staying was never about that preference though, it is about a club making an offer which meets our valuation - which I highly doubt will happen. And it’s clear that Pukki isn’t going to throw his toys out of the pram as he is generally happy and settled here.

Why would you worry more about the meaningless words of his agent than take comfort from the direct statement of our actual head coach?

Purchased two tickets but not looking forward to the petrol expenses.

As a shareholder and long serving supporter of the club surely you can claim your petrol expenses back? 😉

At least you were informed of when you could buy Cardiff tickets.  If you were interested in buying tickets Wigan or Millwall at home and a member the club are keeping it a secret.  Member packs blank for these fixtures.  Not a problem though as both on the telly saving on tickets and travel thanks Sky.

Will be cheaper that Saunders coaches, 55 for st holders, someone said they were 34 last time they went, thats a hefty increase even with fuel increases

Roller Skating Shop | Inline & Quad Skating | Decathlon.

...If you depart Norwich for Cardiff this Saturday first thing and avoiding all major routes, you should arrive in time for kick-off...

This will interesting then.

During lock down, Football was allowed to continue for the mental / physical wellbeing of supporters etc (although they were not allowed to physically attend) Lets see if the govt (not sure we have one ATM) will do anything to assist people getting to matches now they are allowed, for the benefit of their mental / physical wellbeing during the strikes......

I somehow doubt it will.

Typical. The day after booking a £98.50 return train ticket 🎟🤬

The strike on the 30th is unlikely to have the same impact as the one a few weeks back or the 27th, but I'd still be very cautious of attempting to go by train.
