Banned thread

I think there should be a thread in the announcement section of the message board stating who has been banned and the reason for it. This way people will not be in the dark and given examples of how not to behave on forums. Does not need to be a lengthy reason just short for example, flamming, Bullying, Abuse of the moderator etc.
