Duncan Edwards 2,258 Posted November 13, 2016 Exactly Hairy. It''s Alex Higgins and Steve Davis. Riotous entertainment or monotonous excellence. Except people liked Higgins.
Ray 111 Posted November 13, 2016 So, Blackpool away. When do tickets go on sale and are there prerequisites? As young Jacob said, another loss?!?! Who is brave enough to predict the score/ outcome?
Ray 111 Posted November 13, 2016 Nutty, can this be included in the PUPS bet, it is after all a NCFC outcome, isn''t it???
lake district canary 4,541 Posted November 13, 2016 For me it was a superb performance from Ed and he deserved to go through. The speed and timing of his feet, the rhythm absolutely bang on, the difficulty of the lifts, the sheer entertainment value. Brilliant.

lake district canary 4,541 Posted November 14, 2016
LDC, is he the strictly''s Leicester?
I don''t know all that much about dancing, but to me he looks as if he can move in time with the music and he is totally committed. I think he''s a player in the competition and if he keeps going like he is, he has a chance - after all it''s the public that are voting for him and they obviously like what he is doing. He''s not a Widdecombe or a Sargeant, there just to be a novelty factor - he has real talent, it''s plain to see. Good luck to him.

Faded Jaded Semi Plastic SOB 1,036 Posted November 14, 2016 Ed is doing OK, the BBC always pick a contestant who they think will be the "lame duck", however Ed has really confounded them, he is actually getting better, really enjoys himself, gives 100% effort and does not really give a shite what anybody says or thinks. Yes it is a dance show, but people also want to be entertained and the public clearly likes Ed. I do not think Ed will win the competition but not sure why folk are getting their knickers in a twist about him......
Lessingham Canary 99 Posted November 14, 2016 A bit like Honey G on X factor, should really be out by now, definitely not the best on the show, but the public are showing they are enjoying both, just like Trump really ;-) what a trio.
FenwayFrank 2,461 Posted November 15, 2016 Strictly it takes two just had a shot of Ed in a nice NCFC polo shirt. I don''t agree with his politics but I''ve warmed to him.

The Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards dismissed the complaint ( based on nothing other than the paranoia and spite of a back bench dimwit Tory MP ) who found they had acted in accordance with the rules , a verdict upheld by the Committee on Standards and Privileges . So you are posting made up bollox. Now please post your evidence that Yvette Cooper MP has engaged now or in the past in criminal activity .

ZLF 274 Posted November 21, 2016 its clear to me that Ed deserves to be in there as he is the most entertaining dancer on an entertainment show (apparently, I have not actually seen it) but it has to be more than a coincidence that his continued survival on the show is directly being punished by turning our players into blundering buffoons.. Since the evictions started we have won just one game.Kick him out and we will start winning again; whether thats too late for the manager will be interesting. Its clearly beyond coincidence; that fickle finger of karmic fate.
Lord Horn (again) 133 Posted November 21, 2016 Correct ZLF it is an entertainment show first and foremost not the National Ballroom Championships - and who is the most entertaining person on there - our Ed! To give him his due, he also has some dancing ability unlike some of the others previously mentioned e.g. Widdecombe and Sargeant
daly 507 Posted November 21, 2016 Lord Horn You don''t get it, the idea of Strictly is to see the dancers who all started from scratch progress. He might be entertainment pratting around but better and more talented dancers are being sent home
