king canary 7,606 Posted July 22, 2016 5) Josh Murphy- having attended the youth cup final at Stamford Bridge I''m desperate for him to come good and think this could be his season.4) Canos- I''ve not seen him play yet so he hasn''t let me down.3) Wes- love everything he''s done for this club. Still makes me pull my hair out at times though. Would be higher in the list but still not totally over the non-celebration debacle at Villa.2) Timmy K- love a commanding center back. Will cry if he leaves.1) Howson- how he isn''t captain is beyond me. Great player.
If wed only kept Howie.. 3 Posted July 22, 2016 do you mean current players? all all time favs?De Waard (what he couldn''t do with a ball... pretty much everything)Ottosson (Ulf! Ulf!)Howie (we should have kept him!!!)De Blasiis (the "Judge")Louis-Jean (i still can''t believe we swapped him for Gary Holt)

Ernie 0 Posted July 22, 2016 Australian keeper cant remember his name, pure class. He could do everything as long as it involved picking the ball out of the back of the net.
king canary 7,606 Posted July 22, 2016 If we''re going of all time- I''m only going with players I watched in the flesh...5) Grant Holt- Beast4) Steen Needergaard- cult hero of mine from when I first started going.3) Phil Mulryne- my parents still have a photo of a beaming 13 year old with Phil. Was delighted when he didn''t leave after the play-off final.2) Huckerby- the most talented player I''ve ever watched in a Norwich shirt.1) Adam Drury- first player I ever had with his name on my shirt. I have an unhealthy amount of man love for Ad''s.

Fleckys Flip-Flop 0 Posted July 22, 2016 All time:HoltRobertsFleckyGunnHuckerbyCurrent:KloseHowsonTetteyMartinJeromeI should point out (before I get a ton of flak) that Russ gets in there for his overall contribution to the club in his time here. Not because I think he is one of our top 5 best players right now.
Mr Apples 1,320 Posted July 22, 2016 Speaking of Holt he managed 90 minutes, extra time and slotted a penalty in the shoot-out for Hibs vs. Brondby last night.Should get about 30 goals this season in that league if he stays fit.Apples

Daz Sparks 1,154 Posted July 22, 2016 Wes, Jerome, Klose, Tettey and Brady in no particular order, just to confound the OP.As a footnote, someone earlier described De Blaissis as "the Judge", but I was sure that title was affixed to Julian Brellier, maybe someone can confirm this or shoot me down? king canary 7,606 Posted July 22, 2016 Yeah Brellier was the judge. God he was shite.
kick it off 1,952 Posted July 22, 2016 All time:1: Hucks2: Holt3: Dave Phillips4: Goss (I will NEVER forget being taken out of school for the day aged 7, for a 400 mile round trip to be there the day we put Bayern to the sword. kick it off 1,952 Posted July 22, 2016 Brady would be right up there in my current, but I''m assuming he''s headed for pastures new, which is why he doesn''t feature.

If wed only kept Howie.. 3 Posted July 22, 2016 Sorry - yes you are right Brellier was "the Judge".. getting my useless midfielders mixed up there.Weirdly i think De Blasiis had the claim to fame that he partnered Zidane in midfield at Bordeaux..

im spartacus canary 0 Posted July 23, 2016 Cannot believe holty isn''t in everyone''s top 5, there cannot have been a player in our history who took us on such a journey and contributed so much . Captain - leader - legend.
