A client we have worked with here at work in the past is an ARDENT ITFC fan. His company name, Harrison C White, is an anagram of, you've guessed it, Norwich are sh1t. Oh how I wanted to punch his face, although I admitted it was quite clever 😂 But he is quite a comical character. Got to have a sense of humour supporting that shower, I guess.

This might be the stupiest/lamest thing I've ever done. It might be brilliant. Who knows? I'm going to risk it: P- Performance? U- U'd better believe it! K- Killer instincts? K- Kourse he has! I- I don't know how to write down the final bit out of D.I.S.C.O with an 'I' sound instead of an 'O' Hmm... Maybe it's not that catchy 🤪

I don't think we'll have to strengthen as much as we did in previous years. The recruitment has been so good that we have a number of players who had played at quite a high level before coming here. Think Leitner (Dortmund), Stiepi (Dortmund again), Pukki (Schalke, Celtic), Trybull (Werder Bremen) et al. These guys had all sort of lost their way a bit but, under the guidance of Farke, found form. So I have no qualms with any of them in terms of their potential to play in the Prem. Plus we have some very good young players who will hopefully continue in the vein of getting out there and playing without fear. I believe we'll make two or three astute acquisitions if going up, without p!ss!ng our money up the wall as it were, and I trust the recruitment team to do a good job with that. Again.

I think Kathy wanted to put the tins in the clothing bank for him but he brushed her aside and did it himself. Unfortunately, he missed the clothing bank and they went all over the floor. I hear Kathy has never been the same since. 🤷‍♂️

I hope Leeds royally **** up. Not because I think the players or coach don't deserve it, but more because their fans are some of the most deluded I've ever witnessed. They haven't been floundering around in the Championship for years for nothing. They haven't been good enough to go up. I would literally wet myself if they got to the play off finals and lost. Sweet, sweet Leeds tears. Drink them up! 😂

I'm sure he's done something to his ankle again, or knee, since the dislocation, Nutty. Seem to remember something about him coming back and getting injured again (in an U23 game I think)?? Anyway. I really rate him but am just concerned about the number of injuries he's had and the extent of the damage.

Yeah. He dislocated his shoulder after coming on as a late substitute against Villa. Then he recovered and did his ankle (?) I think. In a youth game. So unfair! But this is what I mean about his injuries.

True that! I would love to see him get involved and play for us more. I feel like he's been really unlucky with some terrible injury setbacks, but also feel that he may be slightly made of glass. I'm not sure he'll be the same player after all of this and even if he does stay injury free I'm not sure how long he'll be with us for. It's a shame as he's always looked good when he's had a game.

I kind of get what you mean about Kensell, but I also understand it. His jobs until now have all been in the commercial area and, while you need to be personable to be good at sales and build relationships, this would have all be done out of the limelight. His role now will require a bit more of public facing communication (rather than purely to businesses as it would have likely been before) so he might have to get a bit of media training, just like players and coaches do 😊

I'm envisaging that these blue cards will have letters on them that will eventually spell something out. I think there will be just enough people there to spell out "We're sh1t"

So, nice little interview with him on our YouTube channel and on the front page of this very site today. Quite interesting to find out what he did in the past. I don't know if it's been mentioned but one of the things he said caught my eye. It was in relation to having spent 10 years at Colchester and he was there when Lambert was in charge of their first team! Lambert quite clearly said he "didn't know who that guy was" in relation to Wooten. Which may be another indication of how disconnected he was from the rest of the staff at Colchester. Sure, perhaps managers stay away from certain aspects but it appears that Wooten was working with their youth team. Funny stuff. Can't imagine Farke not knowing each and every individual from our youth levels.

That was 11 years ago, Bill. Also has nothing to do with what is going on here. Yes, the guy leading the teams out is from Bedford but he's a Leeds fan. A horrible thing to happen to anyone if you saw or read what happened to him. Male or female. Personally, I don't take any umbrage with it. It's quite a nice thing for them to do and that's it really.
