Could our fitness levels be the reason our performance levels drop off so dramatically each and every game. We have 20-25min spells each game where we look really good but just don’t seem to be able to sustain it for a full 90mins. On Saturday after about 30mins there were several players blowing heavily and clearly struggling with the pace of the game. Add to that several players who are clearly not 100% match fit and it’s no conincidence that our levels drop. So, what do NCFC do? Give the players a week off and then send them on a nice luxury holiday to USA for a further week. Our previous successful teams coached by Farke, Lambert could fight to the death and the amount of points rescued late in games was astonishing, all down to fitness levels. This current squad just do not have those fitness levels to be able to do it.

Factor in the loan club covering a percentage of his wage this year, possibly a loan fee on top and £4.8m sale, I’d say yes. Bottom line is, Rashicha doesn’t want to be here. Simples

Some big decisions to be had. Get Hayden fully fit, Dimi back at left back, Sara and Cantwell on from the start and positive results will return again I am sure. Only thing that concerns me is the lack of creativity, it’s not been there all season. We haven’t blown one team away this season. This squad is good enough to do it but something is missing at the moment.

We are so pedestrian in possession and lightweight in defence and midfield. Watford waltz past our players with ease as if they are not there. Need a goal before half time

Bali Mumba reminds me of Bakary Saka and I think he will end up playing the same role that Saka does.
