Well Done Lads - full credit proud of you
Making Plans replied to Rhino1's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
The fact is LDC, that was a far better performance than we would have got if your beloved Farke had been in charge. OK, we lost 4-0 nil but we had intent, desire, fight, we were direct and we created chances. Remember some of those dire performances 2 years ago, and again earlier this season, where we had lost the game in the dressing room before we came out on to the pitch and then tried to be too clever by playing endless tippy tappy stuff that got us nowhere. But of course, even though you might see it, you will never admit it. Eventually you will have to let go of this weird notion that Farke would have sorted it out. -
I was talikng generally rather than about today in particular. Although he did have a great chance to score but got too excited and dragged it wide when it was 0-0

Looks to have the ability, good left foot and plenty of enthusiam but never seems to get things right somehow. Simple passes either over hit, under hit or wayward and shots usually scuffed or blazed over the bar. Is it just being over anxious, careless or is he really not quite good enough. Can't help thinking that there's a decent player in there somewhere but he always seems to be just that little bit off it. .

Man City Expectations
Making Plans replied to SwearyCanary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Man City will lose another match at sometime in the future. -
If I was a pundit/expert/journalist from London who worked for the BBC, Sky, ITV, Talk Sh*te, or any National Newspaper, the answer would undoubtably be Gilmour because, even by just sitting in the stands, he has been instrumental in our improvement. However, out here in the real World, where we know about stuff, it's probably Hanley

Chris Hughton To Be New Ghana Manager ?

Shouldn't that be negativity advisor -
What's gone wrong with Tzolis?
Making Plans replied to canarybubbles's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
We are doing ok at the moment with the players we're currently using. Why put at risk our recent improvement and momentum for somebody who has shown absolutely zero during his appearances thus far. Makes no sense to me, -
Canarydan & TeemuVB Why don't you start your own private thread where you can argue the toss with each other about everything and not ruin every other thread where other people are having an relevant discussion.

The differece between Farke and Smith
Making Plans replied to cambridgeshire canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
The difference was there for all to see tonight. Just a shame we didn't have the bottle to get rid of Farke 2 seasons ago, or earlier this season, when both times it was obvious that he couldn't cut it in the PL. -
Under Farke we would have lost that by a wide margin
-
Can't get down to shots across him apparently

Kurt Zouma is a ****

Newcastle V Everton

But a bit of help wouldn't go a miss -
As far as I'm aware Smith didn't say he was definitely out, only that he was doubtful.

After the mid week games, the table could look like this (according to Lawro's predictions) 17 Norwich 23 games, 19 points 18 Watford 22 16 19 Newcastle 22 16 20 Burnley 20 13 If so, our probibilty of relegation must be less than 81% Think most fans, at the start of the season, would have taken 17th in mid February

Bruno Guimaraes says he signed for Newcastle because he believes the club can one day win the Champions League and become a significant force in world football. Via the Championship? https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/60293289

Whatever happened to Bournemouth?
Making Plans replied to Making Plans's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
He was playing against a team who are probably worse than our Under 23 team -
Newcastle/Everton - draw Watford - lose Burnley - lose Brentford - hammered Leeds - lose Norwich - Win For once I hope he is 100% spot on
-
Former, and probably still, media darlings who are only famous for being the failed forerunners of Brentford and who can only attract 9,000 spectators for a home FA Cup tie even though they've signed Todd "Superstar" Cantwell.

You mean instead of spending £90m on a new set for Eastenders
