1. 4 starts this season. 3 wins and a draw. 10 points from a possible 12. Title winning form.
2. Have you reconsidered your last statement after Naughton''s push on Van Persie. Both stonewall pens. Before that thought we deserved to win but think draw fair result. No doubt Wenger will have had selective sight.
3. Torres is worth every penny now. That pass straight to xavi in the build-up was inspired.
4. I really dislike Barcelona. For hugely talented players i don''t think i''ve ever seen a group of whining, moaning, divers.
5. I would rather City won the title. I hate how most United fans have this sense of arrogance and feel they have a divine righht to do whatever they want to win. City fans have been through more over the years. City only spent 170 million more than United over the last 19 or 20 seasons. They are trying to build like united have done but are doing it over a very short period of time.
6. Decided to put off working this morning. This was perfect for my procrastination. Really enjoyed watching it. Thought it was a really insightful documentary showing the dedication needed to succeed.
7. I thought it could have been to deal with sturridge who is very left footed so would attack naughtons stronger side.
8. I am inclined to agree with the OP. We look good till the final third. Great build up play but, at this level you can''t afford to waste chances.
9. Thought Johnson played well. Would rather he played with fox than crofts.
10. I believe he cant be registered for another club till January. You can''t be on permanent deals at three different clubs within a year. Sol Campbell had to get dispensation from the FA, so he could play for Arsenal after leaving Notts County.
11. The worst thing was, i actually thought szczesny had a good game. It would have been into double figures without him.
12. From the tweets of his that i have read, i think he came across fairly erudite.
13. As well as including a second s in positive. Pedantry aside, that record only still counts if you include non-competitive (preseason) fixtures. We finished the league one season losing to carlisle and lost the opening day of last season to watford.
14. Really think Barton should go to a top 6 club. I think Arsenal should go and get him, add some bite and extra quality to their midfield. If that meant Lansbury was allowed to leave, then we could have him.
15.
Both the De Laet and Martin tackles were Premier League penalties. De Laet may or may not have tripped the guy but that doesn''t really matter, he pushed the guy over (in the opinion of the linesman) and that will result in the penalty, De Laet''s mistake was to get that close to di Santo in the first place, he wasn''t going anywhere dangerous just let him run down the side of the box. Feel some people maybe being a little hypocritical to attacking divers as Norwich''s biggest heroes over the last few years have been Hucks and Holt, both of whom aren''t shy when it comes to going down a little easily and both of whom would have hit the deck in the same situation.
I agree, that was the sort of situation that Holty wouldn''t think twice about feeling any contact and hitting the floor.
16.

Well, he is no worse than Jay Bothroyd, and possibly even Kevin Davies, but the bloke is 30-years-old with no Premier League games under his belt. So, come on, be realistic...
You mean like realistically pointing out that Robert Green was called up for England whilst in The Championship and played only 1 year of Prem football in a relegation season before getting his first cap? And realistically referring to the England cap that Dave Nugent won without kicking a Premiership ball? Or perhaps that Bothroyd made his debut after 3 years of Championship football? Or perhaps I should realistically refer to Joe Lewis, who got called up whilst in League Two!Before those lot the last player to play for England whilst in The Championship was Steve Bull. As less and less English players are accomodated in the Premier League, we go deeper and deeper for players. I can''t remember who it was, but a former player forecast a time when we would be picking ten players from the Championship in every squad. We are seeing it for ourselves, the standard of the Championship rising year on year. Will we see Carlton Cole, Robert Green, and Scott Parker in the England squad this coming year? Wouldn''t rule it out mate! Seth Johnson played a year after playing for Crewe in a relegation fight. The question that I posed by the way is COULD Grant Holt get an England cap, not SHOULD Grant Holt get an England cap. If the following people managed to get one:Francis JeffersSeth JohnsonMichael RickettsLee HendrieAlan ThompsonDavid DunnMichael BallRichard WrightDave NugentThen the answer is probably yes, he could!
But my point is that Holt is 30. The players you mentioned were all younger than Holt, and with the exception of Joe Lewis, all of them were playing Premier League football in less than a year. Lewis was only promoted from the U-21s at the last minute because of injuries, like Loach and Fielding were this season, as an emergency.
I do understand your point, but I can also counter it. Steve Guppy, Alan Thompson, and Kevin Davies made England debuts in their thirties! None of them at fashionable clubs either.... although granted, the first two are left footed.... come to think of it, makes it such a shame that Hucks didn''t get one if you look at the first two :/
Kevin Davies has played in the premier league for the last 9 seasons. He had also been a really consistent player in a often struggling side, and i think was unlucky not to have been capped earlier. As soon as i take off any yellow and green tinted glasses, i think Holt is just a worse version of Kevin Davies
17. I must be pedantic and say that the attendance was 26,512.
18.
I''ve only read this initial post on this so I don''t know whats been said beyond, but I really do agree. I''m a massive England fan and follow them as much as the next Englishman. But everything that I hate about the Premier League (the acting, the shirtless models, the glamour) is everything that the England squad is. Wales however, are made up from players from Norwich, Millwall, Swansea, Leicester, Coventry, Bristol City. And only a select few Prem players Lets face it, this weekend is Premiership v Championship, and I know who I''ll be cheering for. C''mon Crofty!
You clearly aren''t a massive england fan. You want england to lose. By that reckoning will you be supporting scunny is a weeks time.
19. Embarrassing dive. It definitely is cheating when he made no attempt to play the ball and still can''t believe why he didn''t shoot.
20. It''s not wes missing the penalty that infuriated me. It''s the manner in which he took it. I thought it was incredibly disrespectful to the fans and his teammates.
21. The second worst player i have seen at Carrow Road this year. Just behind Edgar Davids.
22.

Think yesterday showed that Russell Martin still isn''t good enough for a starting 11 berth. Gradel made him look like a fool for 60 minutes. Today underlined how much work K.Smith really does for him, probably doing two people''s jobs at times. I''d seriously consider getting in a loan RB.
Here speaks a person who clearly doesn''t understand the various nuances of the game of football.I''ll break it down for you - leave Gradel 1 v 1 against any full back in the league, then he wins. Similar to MacNamee against Burnley. Martin did incredibly well to keep him at bay as much as possible. You''re right that Martin was exposed. Left exposed through a lack of defensive support, which Korey normally does very well.
Completely agree with this, Gradel is a massive threat and Martin did well to keep him at bay as much as he did with very little support from Macnamee. The same would go for Lappin keeping snodgrass relatively quiet as well.
