1. I wonder what Grant wants?  If a team like Norwich were interested then could we see the famous ''Transfer Request'' from the player, thus indicating his head''s been turned and the selling club desperate to get as much money as they can for the deal.
2. Anyone heard anymore about this?  Cam, weren''t Colchester interested in him?
3. A good signing for a team that will surely be challenging again this season.  Good luck to Ched, a loanee that actually cared about the club.
4. I''m sure Gunn would be the first to agree that nothing has been achieved yet.  While he appears to be making some good moves, the real test will come when the season starts and more importantly when the team hits a rocky patch in the season, which is likely for almost all teams.  The other thing to consider is that there are probably another dozen or so teams in the division whose fans think their team is shaping up well for the season.  I don''t know what squads are being built elsewhere as I don''t pay a lot of attention, but I do know there are many more managers with experience of this league going into the season well prepared.
5. Doubt it, as he''s having a medical then I assume personal terms have been agreed and he''d be very unlikely to pull out of the deal.
6. That''s assuming he is a he of course and not a she!!  I was just thinking that the whole Grant Holt thing had gone quiet.  I would cetainly be quite happy with this; he has good knowledge of these leagues and seems up for a battle.
7. Think he broke the news of Gunn''s management team didn''t he?
8. Sounds like you''re in a playful mood Pete; could it be because it''s Friday??? Seriously though, do you know for a fact he has/is going to sign?
9. I''d certainly like him to stay. I think he''ll do very well next season as long as he isn''t kicked from injury to injury.
10. A massive battle for one of the greatest battlers the game has seen; hopes and prayers being sent.
11. Some good points Barclayman although I wouldn''t mind Gibbs back!!
12. Suppose it could be a location issue if he''s settled in that area?
13. Why not start one?  There are 2 of you, so you have a supporters group!  I''d be happy to join (although I actually live in Norfolk, so not sure if that counts!)  There must be more fans in Finland, be they Finnish or Brits that have moved there?  You could come and have a day out at the supporters group parade next season.
14. Please let this be the last article about Lee Croft.  He is no longer a Norwich player and hasn''t been for a while.  There seems to be an article about him on here every few days.  Will the local press monitor his progress at Derby and keep us informed?!  I know news is scarce at this time of year, but I''d rather there was nothing.
15.
If you pay by direct debit you do not get a rebate. However you do still get a letter and the option of taking a reduced payment from August which gives you the 20% discount over the year.
Thanks, that''s what I thought.  Perhaps they''re leaving us DDers until last?!
16. Nope, still not had mine and was wondering if I was the only one!! I''m on DD, so don''t know if that makes a difference?
17. Should be at the play-off final taking a good look at Grant Holt!
18. Shrewsbury for me.  Always had a soft spot for them and consider them as my second team.  I think it comes from when I played football for the cubs (aged about 9 or 10) and we played in the same strip as theirs!
19.
What is it with this man. i never hear a positive word come out, a little bit of optomisism wouldnt go a miss! Even if he doesnt mean it!
Good point!  The problem is, he has gone through this gradual decline with the rest of us; in fact he''s played a pretty big part in it!  Therefore, he feels like we do, with little hope for the future.  If we had appointed a new man (the right man hopefully this time!)  He would have come in full of new ideas and started afresh with an attitude of being able to turn things around.  It wouldn''t have affected him what had gone on in the club before.  This in turn would have given us hope for the future. You could argue that the appointment may not work out, but all management appointments are a risk.  However, some are riskier than others and you give yourself a greater chance of success with someone proven to get the best out of players. He is truly too deeply rooted in the workings club to be able to take an objective view about how we move forward successfully.
20. Another team with money though..........
21.

We got 100k from Posh didn''t we?  Sign the four of them up for a couple of months (that should cover the wages) and (hopefully) we''ll get a decent start to the season and points in the bag that will come in handy when fighting relegation!!
sad GIT!!
I was being ironic, as in ''having a laugh??''
