This. The excuses at the end of last season were exactly that, excuses. His coaching and tactics were found out at the end of last season and teams well and truly have our number now and he can’t stem the flow of goals we concede. He makes changes all over the pitch but nothing to stop us being so wide open you could drive a bus through the defence. It’s compounded by terrible recruitment and a lack of investment but Wagner’s tactics are so far from the players he had to pull it off we’re sliding into oblivion.

Wagner will survive until Ipswich and then be sacked after they absolutely annihilate us. We’ll give Pelac a go until the end of the season and survive, stuck in mid table.

17 is considered to be the average handicap for an actively-playing male golfer. It means they usually shoot in the low-90s, but are capable of shooting high 80s on their best day. It’s all relative. Are they good vs a tour pro? No. Are they going to be vastly better than someone taking clubs to the 1st tee for the first time in their lives? Yes. For reference, I’m a 17.6 handicap golfer.

That’s really not a great thing to hear.

This whole ownership transition timeline, Webber transition timeline, is all just indicative of the issues. No-one's willing to make a strong, decisive call on anything. Unfortunately it absolutely stinks of malaise, indecision and unwillingness to rock the boat, perfectly in keeping with our elderly ownership who've been far too eager to give up control to the Webbers in favour of a cozy working relationship without any real expectations or standards. This club needs real change, now. Not 3 years down the line. Webber needs to be shown the door, Knapper to come in fresh and unhindered and let loose with his own ideas and methods. Delia and MWJ need to stop pretending there's any other game in town, sit down with Attanasio and get this club handed over quickly and properly to someone with actual experience of running a successful sports team at the top level.

Get him gone. I know the squad isn’t the best in the league but tactically we look awful and we see the same issues game after game with no improvement. There’s no evidence of his coaching having any effect, his tactics aren’t paying off and the results speak for themselves.

Webber and Wagner need to go. This is a terminal decline and radical action is needed to arrest the slide. Some of the transfer decisions have been awful, you cannot put all of this down to Sarge and Barnes being injured.

No keeper is going to keep a clean sheet when you're giving away 20+ shots a game. Gunn's come in for criticism recently and it sounds as though Long is being targeted now but the problem is higher up the pitch. The keeper is supposed to be the last line of defence, what on Earth are the midfield and defence contributing?

Without Sara and Rowe we’d be dead in the water, and with them we’re still a bang average Champs side. This squad, or the way it’s being utilised, simply isn’t good enough. We can’t keep making tweaks up the pitch when the problems obviously lie in defence, ambit just the back 4 but the screen as well.

Forshaw/a new CDM needs to play alongside McLean/Gibbs with Sara further forwards. It’s been obvious for months now, to everyone except Wager. We’re so leaky and there’s no screen in front of the defence. Teams just cut through us at will and he lets it happen, week after week

Even before the OG went in they were back in the game, when that goal went in and no subs came on the game was only going one way. Was there much discontent from the stands at FT?

We've won 1 in 6. If we go 1 win in 10 at this level that's sackable, easily.

Price of takeaways etc has increased considerably, had to pull way back on going out etc.

At least it gets it out of the way early that weekend….

I really don't need reminding this fixture is a thing this season. Dreading it.
