  1. What happened to that idiot Chris Someone? Came on here and gave us a lecture on US Pension Funds and how to write off debt ? I was expecting him back after their excellent win over Lincoln Athletic?
  2. Inflatable yo-yo’s !! That’s my idea and I’m claiming 10%
  3. Exactly. The first year up we won most , if not all, of the six pointers against teams like QPR. We nicked a few standout points - away to Liverpool, away to Spurs, springs to mind- but it was gaining points and in turn denying teams around you that are the most valuable. Frankly anyone who can’t see that really should take up knitting .
  4. Leicester- two wins . Very poor at Carrow Road . Luckily for them we gave them two goals .
  5. Great broadcaster. I recall on Saint and Greavsey they were discussing our relegation in 1985 when Coventry played those last three games including a drunken Everton who had won the league. “Should be a stewards enquiry if you ask me Saint “ said Jimmy. I loved him even more after that . RIP .
  6. I applaud you sir . A proper football fan . 👏
  7. Really very simple . Don’t watch it . What do you expect ? We hold the record for relegations , went straight done last year , sit bottom of the league without a win. When your mum told you not to look into the sun , I bet you did . I watched Trading Places. One of the greats.
  8. You mean like they had to when he missed the stonewaller against Leicester?
  9. By the way it gets worse . He’s done two games this season.
  10. No media interest. A nothing game in the world of football. We only got Oliver last week because it was Arsenal and they were bottom. It’s pathetic.
  11. Can't resist bumping this. Even I didn't expect to get him so soon again. Still trying to get through games without giving anything. How the Rose / Rashica pen incident ends up as a freekick to them is a mystery, but another percentage decision. If he gives it , it gets discussed on MOTD. If he gives handball its forgotten about . And what about the bizarre running off with their substituted player? Didn't add any more time mind...standard 4 mins....
  12. As I said before, and after Leicester game. Won't ref any big club this year. Rabbit in the headlights.
  13. A fair reflection . Agreed with the nonplussed feeling on the removal of the holding midfielder for Todd. Same as Arsenal, seemed like a kamikaze move to me. I thought Krul was MOM by some distance. Which says it all.
  14. I’ve been to 4 out 6 games this year . I have been in the stadiums cheering the lads on . Screaming at the ref. Singing on the ball city and making myself horse in the bargain. So far I reckon I’ve spent 400 quid on travel , tickets ,grub for me and family . (I’m lucky - I can afford it - and am not looking for any medals) And bellends on here complain about negativity like some holier than thou c0cks who I doubt have been to any games this year and haven’t got behind the boys once this year in person Let me tell anyone that cares to listen I have earned the right to be concerned about the current abject lack of looking like winning (in the league - 6.0 against Bournemouth reserves doesn’t really count - but I was there too) And here’s something else . I’ll be at CR at Tuesday too. Cheering the boys on.
  15. Chalky. I wondered if putting too many “ever’s” might alert you to the mischief in my comment. Obviously not.
  16. The first 10 was because of the pandemic. The next 4 was because we were never ever ever going to beat the teams in question. And the next one was because we were playing too many debutants and were dreadfully unlucky . I think that sorts it .
  17. Oh for FÛck sake ! Why have him twice in three home games?
  18. .deleted my comment as can’t be bothered to argue with anyone who thinks the pandemic is “effectively over”
