2. Looking at our home fixtures I can''t see any away sides taking a full allocation of tickets until we play Arsenal on 19th November.
3.
Hitzlsperger is like BJ with accuracy!
A BJ without accuracy isn''t a BJ!
4. Our last away win in the Premier League was on Sat 17 Dec 1994, 1-0 at Crystal Palace.
5. Ipswich let in five at home? When was the last time that happened?!!!
6. I think Area 1 is in the South Stand, and Area 2 in the East Stand Corner. I''ll give this one a miss and go to Bolton, tickets will be under £30 for The Rebok.
7. Area 1 £52 for adults! At least the kids prices are fair.
8.
For the want of something better to do, I looked through the MOTD opening titles yesterday to see which teams featured-assuming they''d try to fit all 20 in, one way or the other...its as follows...and I know, pointless exercise, but I was bored!! Man Utd Liverpool Man Utd Liverpool Man Utd Liverpool vs Man utd (programme) Arsenal Newcastle Everton (Phil Neville for some reason-ah, ex-Man utd!) Stoke Arsenal Chelsea QPR (and a nice little snippet-more than Arsenal!) Tottenham Aston Villa Wolves (see QPR) Tottenham Sunderland Man City Man Utd (phew, thought they''d forgotten them!) Man Utd (crowd) Man Utd (lifting trophy) Blackburn Swansea (Toshack, on programme, circa 1981?) ...did we feature at all? I make that 16 of the current Prem clubs given some sort of nod of recognition in the titles, meaning that Norwich, Bolton, West Brom and Wigan miss out... Or did I miss it-someone on WOTB reckons there''s a flash of yellow and a distant chant of something vaguely Norwich related, but I don''t see it! Last time we were there, didn''t they show all the club badges in the graphics? They once filmed the opening title of MOTD at Carra''! Happy days. Thought the highlights of our game, in the end, weren''t that bad. And the pundits were vague, expect them to nail on predictions when there''s about two games of the season left!
Look after the QPR clip. There is a fan in a yellow and green hat, then a clip of some Norwich fans on a train circa late 1970''s early 1980''s, with a Norwich City flag hung up in said train.
9. A new front row has been installed in the Lower Barclay for this season.
10. Just been to Carrow Road to buy Carling Cup tickets and was told the systems are down! Should be up and running by 2pm today. However you can still buy tickets for the West Brom game.
11. Apparently Dizzy Lizzy has been dropped as the show is now recorded rather than broadcast live as it was in the past. More money saving moves from The Beeb.
12. It comes from the name Athletic in Wigan Athlectic. Oldham Athletic are also know as The Lactics.
13.

no one going for the 4-5-1 that PL''s been trying in pre-season?
4-5-1 certainly isn''t out of the question, if we were to play that formation I would expect to see this line up:                                         Ruddy             R.Martin       Barnett     De Laet      Tierney                                  Fox         Johnson                         Bennett                        Surman                                          Hoolahan                                            Holt
Just had a call from someone "in the know" who tells me that this is the team for tomorrow, expect Naughton instead of Tierney.
14. Ticket prices confirmed as £10 for adults, £5 under 16''s/over 65''s. Upper Barclay, Upper River End and Upper Community Stand all closed for the game.
15. Maybe he''ll be patrolling the streets around White Hart Lane instead! I guess he''ll have the day off unless another ref gets injured before the weekend.
16. Tonight''s game is Sheff Wed Reserves V Blackpool Reserves in front of about 4,000 people. Why Sky thought this needed to be live on TV is anyone''s guess.
17. BPL? Sounds like a cross between The BNP and The EDL
18. From what I''ve seen of Johnson I can''t see him starting! Ruddy R. Martin De Laet Whitbread Tierney Fox Bennett Surman Hoolahan Holt Jackson Subs Rudd Naughton Barnett Johnson Pilkington C Martin Morison
19. Former Norwich and Wigan captain Matt Jackson will be the Radio Norfolk co-commentator at the DW Stadium on Saturday.
20. I see Howard Webb''s at Tottenham on Saturday, must be because he''s a copper!
21. The kit with the spire was indeed from the year before (1992-93), The spire was the Norwich and Peterborough Building Society logo and this kit was never used in a competitive game. The following season a new blue kit was released and was a slightly darker blue and didn''t have the N&P logo. This was worn only once, in the UEFA Cup game away at Vitesse Arnhem.
