Literally cannot see the point of why we took him, if any for another body in the building but then sprigget not to be loaned out and flynn Clarke to come back in. Maybe neither of those are ready for the champ, even at a starting role but surely it better blooding them/ give them a go to see how they fair and for experience. We have sgt, who are the time of taking Ramsey, most of us would of been content to have him wide on the front free. We got idah and hugill as central forwards with pukki, and idah has also been out wide. Onel, Todd, rachida, and sinani also can play out that role. (I don't really like Todd or sinani in the centre of midfield, nor a fan of dowell tbh, but he can't be shifted out wide) So I guess the argument is Ds doesn't regard the others ready but Ramsey he does. A villa youngster who I don't think is all that. Squad player maybe. Better than what we have ? No. Better potential to do more than sprigget, Rowe upon return or Flynn Clarke? Well, of found that out. Even would of liked to see omotoye there. Fair play to Ramsey for his assists, but, I mean the rest of play, meh I'm not convinced and feel our time spent blooding another of ours would have had similar results/impact as well as being better for us long term

Be a great signing if his wage was reasonable -

Usually we seem to love to have a huge DCM or CB shaped gap, so a RB gap would be a nice change for us all to moan about -
Josh Bowler, right winger
NeymarSmith replied to TeemuVanBasten's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Josh bowler would be a good signing, can't see blackpool holding out for mega money so 5-6m would be a solid signing for him! I suppose you can argue do we need him but if Todd walks end of year we would need someone to replace him, so bowler sounds great. Anyone seen any L1 player they think would be worth a punt? -
Do we need a VPN tonight to watch on canaries TV or can we watch it from England?

Can you watch it on canaries TV for a tenner tonight if you are in UK with no fancy VPN?

Was only Bournemouth reserves..
NeymarSmith replied to Google Bot's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I mean in fairness, it was hardly against a full strength Bournemouth either was it? But fair play, thirty seconds or so away from us being through. I think most people's continued grind about DS, (certainly mine too) is that the performances and just all round aura he gives out and sends the players out (or so it seems) is just so meh. We have gone from farkeball to literally no identity or certain way of playing. We are neither a possession based side or a counter attacking side really. We are neither a team of technicians and magicians nor a group of target men and bruisers. It's coming up to nine months down the line and still there doesn't seem a clear plan on how we should play. Even in this league its the same so far, with no evidence of change. And before you say it isn't his squad, (not you personally king) well he's now had all summer plus even if it still really isn't, does anyone really have a clue (Dean included) to the sort of players that would fit style he wants to implement? -
So to clarify, likely to be no stream anywhere as it isn't being shown on any TV station on the planet?

Yes 👍 as I say mate, minds are there to be changed so I hope you are right and he works out for us,.time is on his side I guess in fairness and his price tag does apply extra pressure. Do you prefer him as out no.2 striker to hugill and idah?. From the majority of his appearances, albeit in the prem, I see him as a usual squad player to be outside and do a shift or track over lapping full backs. I did say I didn't think (hoped) we wouldn't need that this year and so can't so sgt being any use, but as you said, I hope I eat humble pie!

https://youtu.be/SnQq2Aun5gs Will it ever be this good again tonight? Please god! Oh! And please don't rain!

In one hand, atleast he has a good record and we'd look more likely for promotion. And the team will an identity on how we play, be it different to what we are used to. Got to say, dyce is surely a man a lot of clubs in this league would lay down for. His record, even at prem level, fits most if not all, owners briefs to get promoted and stay there on a small investment to none So, if we were offered him tonight but must decide now, who's in? I'm game.

Isn't he left footed?
-
Crosses all game, even from first half that only hugill would have made any kind of chance from. Game cried out for him! Especially when they went a goal up we needed to force the issue. At best, sgt is a player to stick outside who will work his socks off. Probably more useful to use in the league above than this league (just as I do not anticipate us needing to dedicate a member of the 11 to solely track runs and close down the ball)

Had some absolute howlers though didn't he! Nobody in their right mind would say he was a hotshot, poacher or goal scorer. But fair play for the rest of his efforts -

The comparison to Heskey must be heartbreaking if he is to ever read this Although if that will be Sarge's heart breaking or if it would be Emile heskey's is up for debate To make my stance clear and I'm.hope I'm proved wrong, but, imo, Josh Sargent is useless.
