1. http://www.norwich.vitalfootball.co.uk/article.asp?a=151022Looks like Watford are injury hit, which can only be good news.OTBC
2.

Can our lads get it up for tomorrow the thread title asks?? I''m tempted to put a naughty reply but won''t [:)]
Why not? Would you find it hard?
Well it''s not easy, but if you take it the other way and try to do something deep, it can be equally hard.Just depends if you have a big box....of ideas, i guess.
3. I forgot about the equaliser vs Weds.Even so though, Lee is such a dominant player, I don''t think you could drop him today - a good old fashioned little and large, with Lee winning flick-ons and Cody chasing everything sounds about right to me.I''m getting excited about the game already.OTBC
4. I''d like to see it too. Cody is an unknown quantity to most teams in the division, and that could be vital. He is not afraid to run at players, he is not intimidated by the step up, and he knows where the net is - not to mention he is lightning quick.Mooney has sounded poor for the last few games so he would seem a logical swap with Cody.
5. It is the last few games that matter.Watford today, and as good a chance as we''ll get to force ourselves out of the bottom three. If we lose, and Forest win, that means that relegation at the scum would be possible. It does not bear thinking about. If we win today and Forest lose, we are out of relegation zone, albeit with an uncomfortably small cushion of a point plus GD, with the chance that a win against the scum would potentially put us 2points away from mathematical safety IF forest lose on saturday.Forget Swansea, forget every other game we have played this season. It matters not a bit, poor refereeing decisions, defensive errors, silly red cards, spectacular goals, none of them mean a thing right now.We have four games left to save ourselves, regardless of whether you think we can/will do that, I urge every single one of you to get behind the boys 100% today, and each game for the rest of the season. I am nervous about today, as nervous as I have been for a long time about the future of our club. The club are expecting a muted and tense atmosphere today, where you can hear a pin drop....Don''t give it to them!! This could well be one of our last four games in the division for a while, so enjoy it, we need a really vibrant and upbeat atmosphere today. Let''s show Watford the cauldron that Carrow Road can be. You guys who have tickets today, and are thoroughly miserable at the prospect of going, spare a though for those of us exiled thousands of miles away who will be clinging desperately to every word via Canariesworld. Those of us who would give anything to be there, but can''t make it for any reason in fact. We need the fans to make us proud today, sing your hearts out, regardless of your optimism or pessimism for our prospects this season, go there and show the passion that we are all so proud of, and hopefully we will be celebrating come 5pm today.OTBC
6. "It was a penalty. I think he''s left-footed so I thought he was going to hit it first time, but he''s let it run across him and I''ve just tried to stick my foot out and get a little toe-poke but he''s gone over."Sounds like Doc doesn''t think it was a dive...
7. I was only 18months old when the Hillsborough tragedy happened, so much like Ciderkkid, I have grown up with all-seater stadiums.I simply cannot comprehend something so terrible happening at a football match. It is truly tragic.I will be having a few minutes quiet reflection, at 3:06pm on Wednesday, as I am sure the rest of the footballing world will be.I sincerely hope we will be having a minute or two silence before the game today, to remember those 96, who could so easily have been our own fans; not that it is important who they supported, as mentioned before, what is important, is that these were people''s brothers, sons, fathers. I will be shocked and disgusted if we don''t have a few moments before the game to remember those lost at Hillsborough, and I will be utterly appalled if it isn''t respected.Just watched the video on the BBC site of Anfield on Saturday, remembering Hillsborough. Moved me beyond words. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/7995038.stmMy thoughts are with all those who lost someone on that tragic day. Let it never be forgotten, even by those of us too young to remember it.
8. I thought Scotland went down very theatrically, it was a "sniper in the crowd" moment, but it WAS a penalty.Yes Scotland threw himself to the ground, but there was significant contact, stone-wall pen in my book.We would have been outraged if it had been one of our players in that position and it hadnt been given.I don''t think you can put it in the same box as that cheating t**t Andy Johnson.Never mind, that''s life. It''s game day again, so we have a chance to make immediate amends. I have a feeling they will make us proud today and destroy Watford, and hopefully Forest vs Sheff U will go to form and we''ll be sitting, albeit very uncomfortably, a point clear of the drop zone tonight.OTBC
9. Get in!!!Alan Lee - New Hero! How important could that prove to be?! especially with Earnie equalising for Forest. What odds on an Alan Lee brace against the scum?!?!? ;)
10. Good result for England tonight...i was trying to watch the game but cudnt get a stream as everything is banned here in turkey.Managed to watch my team (born in eng, polish family, always been indoctrinated to support poland... ive had this debate a million times so lets not start it again!) through sheer luck of finding a stream on a site thats not banned....Poland 10 - 0 San Marino....crap opposition but very enjoyable to watch!!!Looks like England are almost certainly qualified now, so thats good news, even if the football isnt the most exciting.... saw the highlights and the look on Terry''s face was really great when he scored.
11. My cat is 15 and named "Effie" after Efan Ekoku!!!Had one at the same time named Jezz after Jeremy Goss but he got run over, many years ago.My step-mom vetoed calling my chocolate labrador "Hucks" when we got her a couple of years back too.
12.
cheers for the lyrics now i can sing it out loud away at birmingham next week! We go to start singing ''staying up up up'' again like we did in the premiership season. OTBC
Why? Its rubbish, cliched, and just plain embarassing. On topic, i like the crofty one =)
13. Personally I think Hooly is a bit too lightweight for CM, so i''d keep the same team and put patty in, but if his head isn''t in it then drop gow back and start cody for me.
14. The chants of we are staying up were really fantastic to hear. The belief is back again... Brilliant, really chuffed today. disappointed Rusty got sent off, but thats life, 3 wins in 4 for Gunny and the boys now....please let''s have Gow and Mooney signed up permanently at the end of the season!!
15. http://www.pinkun.com/cs/forums/1608829/ShowPost.aspxIts about halfway down this page CA, started this very morn...
16. Apologies for starting a new thread on this but hopefully it will save people time responding to the posts saying we should take Lita back on loan.Football league rules state that a player can only spend 93days on emergency loan at any club. We have used all 93 days of emergency loan in Leroy''s case. The only other type of loans are season long and half season, which can only be negotiated during transfer windows. As January has been and gone this is no longer possible.LEROY LITA WILL NOT BE SIGNING ON LOAN AGAIN, regardless of who Reading sign etc, because it is prevented by football league rules, so is an impossibility.PLEASE can we stop with the millions of "Lita could come back because Reading have signed so-and-so" threads now.
17. We are down. No two ways about it.Sad, sad day, probably the saddest in my Norwich supporting life.No passion, no commitment, no fight.and added to that, Hereford and Cheltenham - the 2 teams nearest to my house - loos like they''ll get relegated too so not even like i have several easy away days.utter crap.
18. Looks like Gunny is desperate to get shot of FozzyPNE won''t be his destination though if Alan Irvine - PNE''s manager - Is to be believed....http://www.lep.co.uk/pnenews/Ivine-No-move-for-Fotheringham.5046164.jp
19. GGD - You are quite right as far as i''m aware.here''s the link to the article anyway if anyone''s interested http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/politics/4935429/BNP-uses-Polish-Spitfire-in-anti-immigration-poster.html
20.
No, I didn''t see that, KIO, but that is highly amusing. [:D]Seriously, I''m not a BNP supporter, but I am Conservative with more right-wing views than lefty ones. [;)]
Lol, i wasn''t making any insinuations Shy, just occurred to me when you mentioned about the Poles. I think you''re quite aware that I''m on the opposite side of the road to you politically!
21.
I agree with you on this occasion, KIO, ''though I do wish your fellow countrymen would cease having children in the UK and sending Child Benefit back to Poland for their other six kids.
LOL - that amused me greatly!!By the way, Shyster, did you see that thing about the BNP publicising their "battle for britain" campaign on immigration with a polish spitfire on the poster because they hadn''t researched it properly??
22.

I think you should open your eyes, and read the post that is right at the top of the forum.Jesus, is using a messageboard without spamming it with duplicate threads really that challenging?
Thank you for your encouraging words, i unfortunately don''t have large time to do as you suggest, but then again i work for a living and do not sit in front of a computer waiting to see if someone makes a mistake or is duplicitous. Then again why would i want to? Especially when i have no marks like you to do it for me...Again thank you, (lets hope i''m gramatically correct and all my spelling is correct)
Large time? As in a whole 2 seconds? wow, i''m not sure what you do but it must be important if you don''t have time to open your eyes.I don''t sit in front of my computer waiting for someone to make a mistake, contrary to what you may believe, but when there is a thread right at the top of the page saying something along the lines of "Dave Mooney signs on loan", absolutely unmissably, I would have thought it common sense to check to see if it was the same information you were about to post, and as the thread title suggests, it obviously was.No marks like me? actually i believe you know absolutely f**k all about me or my life, it is not my fault if you are too stupid to look at the very top post of the message board.I don''t care about your spelling or grammar, but you could try not being a condescending t**t just because you were incapable of reading a few simple words.
23. Hardly -It just really annoys me when there are like a million threads on the same topic. If he had looked for 2 seconds he would have seen the other post. its not rocket science.
24. I think you should open your eyes, and read the post that is right at the top of the forum.Jesus, is using a messageboard without spamming it with duplicate threads really that challenging?
