It's very much what I would like, and I suggested rebuilding in my post today. New manager, new ideas needs new players that fit his style. Promotion would be a bigger disaster than last time and will affect many ST holders mentally and kill any enthusiasm for future promotions. I like your thinking.

With the last two championship titles under Daniel, we failed to stay in the PL, and that was with a squad who walked the Championship. So just imagine if our mish mash squad fluked winning the Play Offs and yet again got promoted. It would be another disastrous season with our current players, and as we have no money to buy in players that could give us a chance of survival, so I ask, "What's The Point?" I know the club want promotion for financial reasons, but our squad is simply not good enough for the PL. Realistically, with many players out of contract, a new manager coming in and wanting to shape the squad in his own way ( which takes time), are we not better off rebuilding next season in the Championship,? Webber has put us in this position due to poor recruitment of players and of Dean Smiths appointment. We need a season to rebuild, not one anchored to the bottom of the EPL with everyone laughing at us. For me, as long as I see entertaining successful football at Carrow Road, I am happy. Only when we have the finances, the players and coaching staff who can compete in the EPL, should we even start to think about the top level. The time is not now. Happy New Year to you all.

Sara was excellent in the 2nd half. All players need better coaching to release their potential (assuming they have any!!)

All this speculation and betting on the next manager. Can any of you cast your mind back to pre- DF appointment and remember if he was on the shortlist? All the betting companies just want our money, but maybe we will get someone who is under the media radar. Just like Daniel
