No Hughes for Derby, I see.
JF 694 Posted December 20, 2014 It isn''t the team that won last week though, the second half team was!
Herman 9,764 Posted December 20, 2014 But the first half team left us in a strong position to advance with.

ca 1 Posted December 20, 2014 Unchanged starting line up for the 3rd game in a row is good news plus we have a strong bench if we need them.CMON YOU YELLOWS !!
thas a rummun 2 Posted December 20, 2014 That must be one of the strongest subs benches in Championship history.

My point, just to be clear, was that if Adams was going to start at home to Huddersfield with that team then he was bound to start away to Derby with the same line-up, injuries etc permitting. You would not begin with a more attacking line-up at Derby. Given that Hughes is on their bench, and given that we have Redmond et all to come on, this could get to be a tactical battle. Mr Jenkins 0 Posted December 20, 2014 Come on boys you can do this!
Len 74 Posted December 20, 2014
I think a repeat of the Wigan lineup is on the cards with Hoolahan, Murphy and Redmond on the bench. But this is probably the sort of game to play one up front and five in midfield.
The exact lineup minus Murphy on the bench.
Mr Jenkins 0 Posted December 20, 2014 Looks like we have Ricky Martin spying on Mclaran!
Len 74 Posted December 20, 2014 Typical kick and rush rubbish from Norwich so far. We can''t pass or play with any fluency, hence we can''t punish teams.

Herman 9,764 Posted December 20, 2014 He''s a wind up Stan. We''re still in this. Maybe a bit of tinkering early second half as you say. Some better ball control in the final third wouldn''t go amiss.
Len 74 Posted December 20, 2014 A decent team would stop messing about and get the ball down and play. Right from kickoff after their goal we hoof the ball straight into no man''s land. We''ve been awful.
Mr Jenkins 0 Posted December 20, 2014 Bit unlucky there, still plenty to play for and with the bench we''ve got we can still do this.

Canary001 0 Posted December 20, 2014 45 mins of threatless football , have to score to win and we dont look like scoring .
JF 694 Posted December 20, 2014 If we don''t get something here we can kiss goodbye to the automatic spots. Dominated this match without creating much in the way of chances. Hard to know what he should do in that we have looked comfortable but will this 11 create enough to get back into it.
mrs miggins 0 Posted December 20, 2014 Well it''s up to Neil now, we need to make some changes, the lack of width we have when playing two centre midfielders as wingers won''t get us the goals, hopefully redmond will come on now
Indy 3,300 Posted December 20, 2014 To be honest both teams looked a bit lacklustre.I thought we look slow in reactions. Also Whittaker looks out of his depth. On the positive the passing is sharp and the movement is good.Maybe Redmond on for Oniel for the second half. As soon as we get into a tight corner it''s a speculative punt forward instead of passing our way out of trouble and Derby usually end up in possession. Ignore the trolls, I just want to see good quality football and if that winds people up then tough.
mrs miggins 0 Posted December 20, 2014 There''s been no changes. Neil has to get at least a point in this for him to remain in the job
Fiery Zac 1,066 Posted December 20, 2014 Why no changes? As competent and organised as we looked in the first half, we didn''t have a goal threat. The blindingly obvious one is still sitting on the bench.
