If anyone has a twitter account, get rid of the Norwich badge off their avatar and replace it with a Villa one. Then put lots of tweets with the #avfc hashtag saying you don''t want him. They''d be bound to listen to public opinion this time as last time they didn''t when they got Mcleish and got a backlash.

Quite frankly if Lambert was in anyway interested in the Villa job then he''d already be there. I have no doubt that McNally would have had a conversation with him the day McLeish went that would have gone something along the lines of "Paul, you''ve done an incredible job the past 3 years, and quite rightly you''ll be attracting attention from other clubs, obviously I want you to stay here but out of respect I wouldn''t stand in your way if you wanted to go. However, out of respect, I''d ask you that if you''re going to go, go quickly, as this is a vitally important time for our chances next season and we can''t afford to be looking for a new manager in a months time instead of new players"

 

If he was going he''d have gone already, lets not forget Villa got rid of McLeish almost a week before Dalglish got the boot at Liverpool. I also don''t think they''d have bothered with the whole Solskjaer saga if Lambert had been interested, he had to be top of the list.
