Man Utd are a better team than Spurs (as the table shows) and Blackburn are below us in the table so comparatively it''s not something we should be getting too carried away with. Teams lower down do beat the top teams. All these we will beat Man City, Liverpool easy 3 points etc etc comments are silly. Pride comes before a fall. Yes we played well and won, but that doesn''t suddenly make us world beaters. If the players fall into the same trap that some of the fans have on here, then we''ll struggle against such teams. We''ve beaten Spurs, but next season will still be mighty tough and it will be a massive achievement if we stay up again! I put a winky face on the top of the message and in the text, and it was quite clearly just a sort of positive tongue in cheek statement.People aren''t over reacting are they. We''ve just beaten a side in the Champions League spots, we''ve got a right to be proud of our players after a performance like that. If people were genuinely now coming out and saying "well we''ve beaten Spurs, I now fully expect us to win every game left and finish in the Europa League places", then the opening poster might have a point.
