Evil Monkey 52 Posted May 18, 2011 I have to say, I struggle to justify the £3-4 it costs to buy my usual magazines (not porn, that''s what the internet is for), so its unlikely I''ll be able to afford this. Looks good though, and I''m sure Wiz will at least be happy with the lack of adverts, but I''ll probably wait for the season review DVD...
Leedscanary 339 Posted May 18, 2011

I''ll wait and let Wiz tell me how many pages are adverts... [;)]
Five.
And 50 pages of peoples names! Lol [:P]Don''t mind paying £15 for a quality advert free (ish) souvenir to be fair. I''d rather have quality over a lesser publishing with loads of adverts
William Darby 0 Posted May 18, 2011 ''Just can''t get enough'' How ironic when most fans will think you can shove it up your arse for £
AndyJR 0 Posted May 18, 2011 Shame the cutoff date isn''t the end of the first week in June, May is a long long month and £15 is £15.
Canariesworld 0 Posted May 18, 2011 £15????????????????????????????????? Think they may regret that pricing. It''s day light robbery. It''s a nice idea though, in theory at least.
William Darby 0 Posted May 18, 2011 Archant ''Just can''t get enough'' money out of the fans
First Wizard 0 Posted May 18, 2011
I''ll wait and let Wiz tell me how many pages are adverts... [;)]
No doubt 40 pages at least is my guess Evil..........it is Archant and they have form as they say. [;)]
Bill 1,788 Posted May 18, 2011 I would have preferred a commerative plate or a McNally and Lambert mug, perhapsI did have a commemerative Delia Smith crystal decanter ( it wasn''t much use, it couldn''t hold the drink)
Matt Juler 151 Posted May 19, 2011 I''m normally one to defend the good job that Archant does, but £15 is a joke. I''ll wait and buy one for £2.50 in WHSmith in the middle of July from Norwich station!

K Lo 224 Posted May 19, 2011 How can you "pre order" something? Isn''t that just ordering it or do you have to order the order for it.Either way, £15 too steep. Will get the NCFC DVD(s)
St.John Cooper 0 Posted May 19, 2011 Well I have ordered one...a good keep sake! How you all think its really expensive suprises me, I think its a fair price! Really 15 pounds is not much...what can you buy with it? A few pints, a Pizza etc If you think its expensive dont buy it, just like anything whats the point in complaining....Archant is a business after all they do not do things like this just to be nice to us fans

Ren 75 Posted May 20, 2011 The FA Cup and Champions League final programme are only a tenner! Some people on here seem to have more money than sense!
Marty 0 Posted May 20, 2011
The FA Cup and Champions League final programme are only a tennerSome people on here seem to have more money than sense
I bet there is a lot more in our season review than a cup final programme. I would also bet that there are far more pages of advertisments and dross in the programmes.
Mister Chops 7 Posted May 20, 2011 Pete, when''s the magazine actually published?
William Darby 0 Posted May 20, 2011
Pete, when''s the magazine actually published?
When enough £15s have been collected in pre-orders. Only 6 more gullibles needed.
Mister Chops 7 Posted May 21, 2011 Well I''ve bought my dad one for his birthday, he lives miles away and has to follow the canaries via interweb so this will be a good souvenir present for him.
Branston Pickle 3,658 Posted May 21, 2011 As a remote supporter (but season ticket holder) I''m rather inclined to get this, if only for its souvenir value (the clue is in the title of this thread!). There is never much coverage of us outside Norfolk and I don''t suppose there ever will be, so these things are rather welcome when all''s said and done. Ok the price is perhaps a wee bit high but at the end of the day it is barely enough for 4 pints in my local!
First Wizard 0 Posted May 22, 2011 Again Mr Raven, how many adverts? [^o)]
Graham Humphrey 13 Posted May 22, 2011 He did say five pages earlier in the thread...
First Wizard 0 Posted May 22, 2011 Full pages, half pages..what? And how much cash goes to City? And they want me to pay for that! No way.
